Call says it is an international type lottery. They call to see if the package can be delivered. It is supposedly coming by UPS

Got a call from a guy saying he is with UPS and I won a prize.  When I declined having it delivered, he said all I had to do was go to Wal-Mart and buy a green dot money pack reloadable card and then go pick it up.  He said it was a very large package and was from Winners International.  When I asked for the address it was coming from, he first said Mexico and then quickly corrected himself and said Canada.  I asked for more specifics and he said something with the company name again.  He told me the IRS needs me to buy the money card first.  He wanted my phone number so he could call me while I was at Wal-Mart so he could give me the special code for the green dot card.

Got a phone call from 876-423-8941, mostly 876-423 numbers are scams, this time they involved my Father that Passed away, actually said he signed paperwork that was a life insurance policy, and it was for 14 million dollars, all I had to do was send 3,400.00 to release it from the UPS store.  Well not to get graphic, but my Father had DEMENTIA for the last 4 months of his life, this guy said he signed the paperwork 2 weeks before he died.....  Yea right!!!  These people are sick!!  Please be aware!!  DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION THEM OVER THE PHONE!!  THEY WILL BLEED YOU DRY!!!

I keep on getting calls from this number although I have already told the guy I'm not interested in any of his offers.
