Called asking a good delivery time for a UPS package that needed to be sign for.  Then when pushed for details started to talk about Publishers Clearing house.  Then hung up.

Definitely a scammer. Called me about a UPS package. When I said I wasn't expecting one, he hung up. I called back and left a nasty voice mail, which he did not like because he called me back to threaten me. I just laughed and told him to [***].

Called, said knew neighbor. Needed to urgently speak with neighbor.  Caller ID was Kingston J (googled number, from Kingston Jamaica). Told him to contact neighbor by other means. Called back several times with same stuff. Threatened to call sheriff next time he called.
He just called back, asked if I knew neighbors, said no. He asked if I lived on my street, said no. He asked if I live in my city, said no. He asked where I lived, said Kingston, Jamaica. He said, OH! ok, thank you and hung up.

Same stupid publishers clearing house scam.  He told me that i had won $100,000 dollars and asked if i received my package yet, he was obviously trying to dig for more information that i wasn't about to give.  He gave me a tracking number that i looked up and on UPS.com while I was on the phone and i told him that the # he gave me was not in the format that UPS uses according to their website, so he finally said that he'd 'track the package' and call me back in a bit.  Riiiiiiiiiight. :-)

This guy called twice. The first time we didn't answer because we didn't know the number and figured if it was important they would leave a voice mail. He called straight back until we picked up. He claimed to be from UPS and that we had won 2nd place for Public Clearing House. He wanted to know if we had received our conformation letter and gave us a tracking number when we said no. We was a little iffy about this anyway so we wouldn't give information that he could use. He told us that we had to go to Wal-Mart and pay $188.00 for tax before they would come with the news and check. When we told him we wanted proof before we payed money he got angry and said he was such an such and he was a good christian and would never pull a scam like that. When we told him we wouldn't pay without proof he hung up. I then looked up the phone number an found that like everyone else above me it was a Jamaica.

Received call from number regarding UPS package and Publishers Clearing House. When I told him I wasn't aware of anything, and repeated it, and wasn't interested, he told me to **** myself. I said "same to you."  

Called me and my mom.  I didn't answer, but my mom did.  He started off telling her the same thing; he was from UPS and the PCH thing.  When she said she didn't enter PCH, he got really angry, told her my ex-husband owed him a lot of money, and he would get even.  He told my 73-year-old mother he was going to come to her house, f*ck her to death, and blow her gd brains out.  She was so scared she was crying.  This guy is a real POS.  Don't be intimidated by this idiot.  My husband works as a federal agent for Homeland Security.  He called the guy back and informed him of who he was.  The dude went silent because he was scared.  He's a loser.  If he calls you, let him have it.

Mary, I'm sorry do hear what this filthy rodent did and how it upset your mother. Our once great country is under attack from these foul smelling, woolly headed little beasts.

these vile creatures to stop calling is difficult - but not impossible. You first need to understand that you are dealing with a very, VERY primitive intelligence: think rat vice chimp. Next you will need to get inside their heads, cause while screaming/cursing at them might make you feel better (and believe me I have done that MANY times,) it will almost guarantee they will call again. I recall one [***] that called and after I let him run his spiel for a while, as if I was hooked, I told him, "When I hang up this phone I am going to spend the rest of the day lounging by my pool and this evening I will be enjoying a steak dinner with my pretty, blond girl friend. You, on the other hand, will go back to your rat hole where you exist with your fat, ugly wife that smells even worse than you do and your 7 children, that are even dumber than you are!" Now THAT guy never called here again!

When these snakes call again - which they will - please record the call. Every little bit of information we can gain and share in this forum will help our investigation. Thanks.

I just got 3 calls back to back. I answered the 3rd call and he said he was Michael Turner from the United States Postal Service. (Meanwhile I could here children in the background) He used the same thing about needing to deliver a package from Publishers Clearing House. I simply said "No thanks" and he hung up.

This guy called and reported his name was Michael Wompler from PCH and same as others wanted to know why I didn't respond to the mailing to claim my prize. He called us several times and kept insisting that is not a scam but never asked for any personal information from us.

The guy calls my husband's cell at 7:30 in the morning, saying he is from UPS and does he remember getting a notification yesterday regarding a delivery from PCH, and does he remember signing up for PCH. He said he didn't, but his wife did. This is where this gets scary. He hung up and called me. (How do these people have access to data bases with private cell #s? He went through the same schpiel, asking if I would be home at 11:30 for a delivery, because I won 2nd place in PCH...$750,000, furniture, washer and dryer.  I said, "Okay..." with no emotion in my voice, because first he says he's from UPS, then he talks like he's from PCH, and he has an unusual accent and speaks slowly and asks stupid questions like: "Do you remember signing up for PCH in 2013, 2014, and 2015?"   Anyway, after the second or third stoic "Okay..." from me , he hangs up. I called an operator, and was told that she cannot look up 800 numbers.

This is part of the notorious Jamaican lottery scam. Do NOT engage them or call them back. They are beyond dangerous. A woman who was bankrupted by this scam told them she had no more money and they threatened to kill her. Hang up and block the calls (if you have that capability).
