Received a call from a John Lee with an accent claiming to be from Publisher's Clearing House saying I won 3 million and a Mercedes. Glad I looked this up because he was trying to obtain personal information and he could not provide my address.

My mother has received two calls from this number.  I have explained that if she had won anything they would notify her thru certified mail and/or come by as they would already have her information on file.  So sad that they are preying on older individuals and making it appear that they have won something to take advantage of them.  Caution - do not answer any calls from anyone you do not know.
