I received a call around 8am this morning from a Mr. Marcus Johnson, a good Christian fellow, who have been thanked and called 'nice' by people he deals with.  The call was to inform me that I had won $2.8 million dollars from Winners International Payout [Delivery] Department, Washington, DC. 25670.  The bonus prize was a2010 Mobil Mercedes Benz, and a trip for 2 to the Tahiti Club in Las Vegas, Nevada....I won a raffle or purchased prescription drugs from Walmart. He knew my name and phone number, but not address. I did not fill in a raffle, nor did I get drugs there.  I passed by a Walmart but didn't stop to buy anything. He claims to live at 1311 Peterson Drive, Apt. 3A, Washington, DC 96723.  Phone 8764580217.  He said they were on their way to deliver my cash, prize and car.  The company paid 99% of shipping and handling.  I should wire $1,520 for IRS insurance.  He identifed me as a senior citizen of 60.  He gave me code no. 5486; package no. 56321486238. Alas, it was interesting, but I don't believe it! I called the FBI in NYC and was told it was a scam, do nothing!  We checked online and the scam seems to match others there.  Chris Morgan 8763968790 was his verifier.  I didn't call him after speaking to the FBI.
