a male called my house with prank message at the number 876-509-3617

One Ring Scam from Jamaica.  Called twice with a few minutes of each other and left a message the second time they called  indicating, their name was James and they accidentally received a package that was for me and I needed t call them to claim the package from some property company.  Info on internet warns of this very scam where you will get charged 20 to 30 dollars in fees for calling back the number.  

yehh. some guy named david millers called me by this number and ask to send him money.. but its not that bad. i just told him to suck my ass;)

I received a phone call from this number and when I told them not to call me back, he said very gross things with cuss words.

Today, "David Miller" called ("UPS Package Delivery Team"  very thick accent).    ALL PLEASE .BEWARE----He said I need to call a general manager @ Publishers Clearing House, John Vernon, 876 461-3619 Xt 125, to get my "prize confirmation code"  "David Miller's" area code is also 876. (Jamaica) . *&^%$7#$%%^!!!

A guy called me saying he was from PCH and I had won $350k and a car. He asked if I was going to be at home. I asked him what address he had since I have recently moved. He then hung up on me. I called back because I was curious and asked what address he had. He started cussing me out saying "F*** you and F*** your mother" among other things. Then when I wouldn't hang up he said he was going to call the FBI and they were going to come to my house and put me in jail for 3-5 years. I asked why a I had done wrong and he said you know what you did. Then I asked what address the fbi was going to come to and he then said "are you ready to receive your package now?" I just laughed and hung up.

Do any of you live in NC?  because I think I actually saw the person who just scammed me.  A guy spoke to me a few minutes before I got the call.. He was on the sidewalk came up to me..asked me a few questions as I walked by. He was holding his hands in his pocket and might have pulled my phone number from a device he had in his pocket.  Voice sounded similar "David from Price Is Right"  when he called....as to the same person who spoke to me on the stree.
