SCAM!!!  A male with a heavy foreign accent keeps calling telling me I've won a government lottery and I need to collect the check for $150,000 from winners international.

A heavy accented man called my mother in law to say she won money and a car.  She needs to pay $299 to certify that she is the winner. He said thay came to her house yesterday but she was not there.  He said his owns a casino in Las Vegas, that his is not a liar a cheat.  He is an honest person.  I asked who would get the money if she did not claim it.  He said charities:  sick people, crippled people , people on the street.

I also received a phone call from a heavy accented man who called my cell phone.  He somehow was able to connect the cell number with my address and name.  I asked him how he got it and he said from water bills, electric bills, and phone bills.  He said I had won $850,000 plus a white Mercedes given away by the casino in Las Vegas.  I just had to pay $299 and he would come to my home & escort me to the bank to make the deposit.  It was hard to understand some of his speech and I couldn't understand how I was to make the supposed $299 payment.  He asked if I was a Christian and believed in God and that he was an honest man and wouldn't cheat anyone because he was also a Christian.  I hung up the phone and he called back 5 more times in the next hour but I didn't answer the phone.
