He called and said we won 1.5 million dollars.  Claimed to be from Publishers Clearing House.  Said his name was James Jefferson.  If you search James Jefferson Publishers Clearing House you will find a different number and see a large number of posting.  After doing so I posted this reply

Now I am really disappointed.  Some people on this link were promised a lot more.  We were worth just 1.5 million and it was going to cost us a $99 dollar money card from CVS!  Just to let you know he said he was President Jefferson's grandson.  He sounded young for a man who's grandfather would have been over 200 years!  

Really things sounded kinda on the up and up for the 1st min or so.

It is really disappointing that someone would play with people this way.  Times are hard and this guy is trying to make money on false promises.  Wouldnt be nice if he gets caught and has to refund everyone he has taken money from, and people that he has given false promises to.

Call and said had 1.5 million dollars and a car but hung up and called the number back and said the phone can not be connected

This slime called me not once but twice! He is probably a Nigerian or the likes of one. He said I won 7.5 Million dollars and a new Mercedes benz, well, I already have a benz and know the money and car were a pure hoax. So all this for a blue dot card from CVS or Walgreens! Amazing! I told him he was full of @%#T and hung up. He called again today but I wasn't home He appears to be from Kingston Jamaica but I think he is relaying calls from out of his country so he can't be caught or something. Bottom line, If you really had won this kind of money, it would not be arriving in this manner period! These people are lower than snail feces and that insults the snails feces. They are the landfill refuse of human beings that prey on people and are soldiers of the devil himself! beware of these evil good for nothing trash heaps, they will answer some day for their doings! or and by the way, this kind of scamming has been going on since the 60's

Hope no one falls for this.  The second I saw Jamaica on my phone I knew and did not answer.

One of the main crooks is Peter Anderson claiming to be from Jamaica!! Do not fall victim to these evil people. THIS IS A SCAM!!! If they call you, cuss them out and hang up. They have scammed money out of a family member and are cunning [***]!!!

Told me i won 2nd place 2.5 million and a Mercedes Benz.   Just had to wire 325.00 to Gloria Wade gave me her full address in louisiana. There was also a second number they called me from but it was also from Jamaica.  First they said publishers clearinghouse them later said readers digest.   Called the IRS the international revenue service

The past 3mos I've received 2 checks $4850. & $7500. Haven't cashed either one, & don't plan to. Don't know how the scam works, and don't intend to find out. Had 4 calls from Jamaica yesterday, & 2  today. Didn't ans. I'm ready for the next one. They'll get a shrill whistle blowed in their ear. Hope it makes it ring for a month or more.
