Scam, Scam, SCUM! The foreign accented Dave Washington just called to inform us that we won a 2015 Mercedes E class and $10,000.00 dollars a week for life or I could choose to receive 5 million in lump sum cashiers check issued by Bank Of America. I allowed him to give his spill! Called supposedly from MEGA MILLION SWEEPSTAKES AND LOTTERY COMPANY. Used Donald Trumps name several times during the call. I was supposed to call him back on my cell but did not. When the number is called from a land line, it cannot be completed because the call is originating from Kingston, Jamaica. He called back within 5 minutes and chewed me out for not calling from my cell. LOL! During the second conversation I opted to have TV coverage for my prize presentation(having opted NOT to before it dawned on me it was a SCAM) Mr. Washington AKA Scam Artist became very irate and informed me that I could not do this!  Also, I would be required to purchase a $500.00 GREEN DOT PREPAID MONEY CARD FOR A REGISTRATION FEE from Walgreens or CVS  in order for the Prize Patrol Team to deliver my car and check! When I told him I would not do this, again he became very irate and agitated and proceded to inform me that I MUST do this to receive my prizes. DUMB JAMAICAN....Did not know he was being strung along and that SMART AMERICANS KNOW BETTER! Please be aware that this guy used all the right company names and bank names. His only problem was that he called a savvy person. 876-855-9841 is a SCAM!

Same call from Dave Washington that Nan described, except it was 5:45 a.m. and I wasn't close to my computer so I couldn't check the area code. He insisted it was a toll free call to Las Vegas, so I called him back on my land line. I did not have the same experience as Nan, since my call went directly through. I am sure I will get some Long Distance charges and probably charges for some $200 a minute phone sex session, but I cut the call fairly short after he changed his story from "delivering the 8.5 million dollar check from Bank of America, the $10,000 a week for life from H&R Block and the 2016 Pearl white Mercedes Benz from Geico Insurance" at 1:00 today, to "but wait, you have to make a payment at Walmart of $299 for shipping fees before they arrive".

Male saying his name was John Williams called from 876-855-9481 saying he was with Publishers Clearing House and that I won $7,000 a week and gave a prize claim number. When I asked how it was possible that I won when I have never played he said he needed to call back. Now he is calling me non stop.

Some guy from this number called at 11:30 last night! We were asleep as we go to work on weekday mornings!  My Husband answered bt I also grabbed my extension ans listened. He had a slight accent and asked for some one that had our number over 7 years ago.  He would not say what he wanted other than t keep repeating the other name.  Hubs finally told him tha she had died ( we had heard she did).  What kind of idiot calls people at that time of night?!"  We have kids and Grands and calls in the middle of the night are scary!

Received a call from Kingston Jamaica last night 876-855-9481.  Told me he was UPS had a package for me and was I home!! I told him I was not expecting a package. Asked who was he and he hung up.

I  got a call from this number at 6:45 this morning. Woke me out of a deep sleep. But I never answer these calls. I blocked it and went back to sleep.
