This number 877-204-4904 is calling the man states he has my name which he did and my DOB he wanted me to verify my DOB and stated that he would tell me the purpose of his call after I verified my information and I have replied No I will not until you tell me the purpose of your call, he told me in that case have a good day..

He asked for my name and read off some numbers and wouldn't tell me the purpose of call... harrassment. didnt tell me name

They are debt collectors.  all you need to do is tell them \/alidate my debt and then get back to me

Left no message. Didn't call back. Researched the number and it seems like a scam to get DOB and ID. Scammers & spammers.

I rec'd. three calls from this number within 30 mins.  I don't answer "Unavailable" numbers.  Being on the Do Not Call registry isn't stopping these calls.  I get several unavailable calls all the time.  Very frustrating.

Call came in for a Vanessa Roman who does not live here. I called 877-204-4904 and was connected to an answering service that said my phone number will be removed within 24 hours. Perhaps I will not receive any calls from EOS CPA looking for Vanessa Roman. I am sure I will be receiving calls from    800 Service and a new seven digit phone number and debit collector looking for Vanessa Roman. It seems that every unsuccessful debt collection agency sells off its uncollected debt and the new ageny uses 800 service with their phone number.

Anyway, I'll say this is [***] Number, no worth to call.

They called my home and said they were from EOS CCA and to verify my identity asking for the last 4 of my SSN...at 8:30AM. Isn't it illegal to call before 9am?
I hung up, they wouldn't what they were calling about.

I just received a call from this number at 8:06am!!! They left a voice mail looking for Chris Dagana (spel?) and identified themselves as EOS-CCA Collection Agency.  The msg continued by stating if I was NOT Chris Dagana to cal 877-204-4904 to let them know this, but if I WAS Chris Dagana to call that SAME number and ref acct# 52048006.  Here's a catch, I have a younger brother who has HORRIBLE credit and his creditors have turned all his accounts to collection agencies who have now harassed ALL his family member including elderly mother, etc. Anyway I fell for this trick before from another collector and called to let them know they were calling the wrong person, then BLAMMO they started in on my brother and the harassing games began.  THANK GOODNESS FOR CALLER ID - USE IT!! I NEVER answer ANY calls from weird numbers I don't recognize, take heed!!! I'm going to look into reporting these folks for calling too early, might not do any good but if enough of us do this it might work :)

This number was on my caller ID 8772044904... asking for a gentlment i have never heard of!! the person leaving message said she was Carey Smith.. it was also a recording.

I left it go. think wrong number, after several calls i called back. got a recorded message. saying if this call was to the wrong person, please enter your number and in 24 to 48 hrs you will be removed from there list. I entered my number, they repeated number back, was not number i put in, so i did it again and they repeat a number again.. not my number. i do beleive this is a scam to get your real number. so do not call them back

recorded message for jolinda bishop. i've requested preveiously to be removed from the call list, but they're still calling.

They called our office line looking for Effie Mallet.  I'm pretty sure there is no such person.  I used to receive these at my house, same recording, but different really odd name.  It was like the name was being pronounced by a robot reading text.  They just want to know if a live person is going to ansewr the phone, maybe they then sell the phone number, I don't know.

If these idiots continue to call you can block the number and they can't call you anymore. I have Verizon wireless and have had the # for 5 years now, but once in a while I get a call for someone named Jason and I tell the people that they have the wrong name. So I told the last caller from this number that they have the wrong person once again and they hung up. So I got online and put this number on a block list, and Verizon allows you to put up to 5 numbers on a temporary basis and you have to renew it after 90 days. But you can subscribe to a permanent service with them. I am sure other companies have the same service, you just need to research it or keep using caller ID. If you talk to these people make up a name and SS security number. One time a collection agency called wanting me to pay a debt that my dead sister owed, I told them that she was deceased and he kept hounding me so I said "Ok, I'll pay it with my checking account" and I gave him some bogus numbers and he called back in a few minutes really angry. I told him if you call me again about my dead sisters debt that I know nothing about and not responsible for I will contact the Attorney Generals office and give them your name directly. I told him I knew the Chief Investigator for the Virginia AG and I really do, and he was calling from Mclean, VA. Never heard from them again.

I will HAVE to try this!! The only debt I've ever had in collections is a bill AT&T was never supposed to go to collections, anyway.  Not only that, it's already been removed off my credit reports because I reported it through Experian MONTHS ago.

Had personal information

This is EOS-CCA Collection Agency claiming to collect outstanding debts for AT&T. I asked them for a letter of verification and the operator refused to send one out. Remember a debt verification letter in the mail is your right as a consumer, it is the debt collection agency's responsibility to send you one.

Just got a call from this number.  They were looking for someone I knew.  They didn't say they were a collection agency but I knew they were.  The only thing they would tell me was that they were "working on a personal matter" for that individual.

They are collectors for ATT and a few other companies.

This number flashed across my computer screen saying hacker were getting into my computer and the government would shut my computer down if I didn't call the number back
