never leaves message called 2 times every other day !

Same here.  Never leaves a message.  When trying to call back, it rings then disconnects.

This number belongs to 7th Avenue (a mail order company).   First time today they left a message.  Seems I'm late on a payment.   Several calls from them in past days, didn't answer because I don't recognize the number and they didn't leave a message.  Now I know who they are, I will call them back.

Well I don't  owe  them money but they keep calling anyway!

This number is from the collection department of the company that owns Monroe & Main, Ginny's, Country Door, 7th Avenue, Midnight Velvet and Swiss Colony. They call multiple times per day, sometimes leaving a generic voice mail saying to call them back, but doesn't say why they are calling. I never call back. My payments are up to date! VERY annoying.

They call you the hours that the company they are calling for is closed.So what are they REALLY up to? I have already spoken to the credit services department and made arrangements so who are these people who called me claiming to be from HOME AT FIVE and why do they call the hours that the company is closed?

They called and asked for a particular person by name. Would like to know if anyone else received a call asking for a specific name? Told them I don't know the person they were asking for a and they said they would remove the number from their records, but first they needed ME to provide them with my number... they called me! I ask them for a number to call them back with the info and she said so you don't know Herman X? I said no and then she said she would remove the number. I think this is a scam of some sort.

Yeah, they called me too. I didn't answer but they left a message asking for a specific name. I'm not the person they were asking for. The person sounded foreign too. Scam for sure

Same here.  They kept calling me 5x or more every day in all hours especially after 8:30 pm.  Very annoying and my payments is up to date.  If they keep it up, I will not order from them again.

Have been getting these calls on both my cell and home phone. One time a message was left (usually they hang up) on my cell. It was a person with a strong accent (India, maybe?) I could not understand him. After reading other complaints I would venture to say this is a scam since I don't owe or use any company that was mentioned. I pay my monthly bills on time (electric, gas, etc.).. I just wish these people would stop calling at odd hours.

They call you constantly if you are within 5 days of your payment due date!  Not only do they call, they text, and call your work.  As soon as my order is paid for, they will get no more of my business.  This is ridiculous.  I have never been late, do not owe late charges, and my bill is not due until April 3, 2016.  Today is Mar 29, 2016!  I have 5 days!  Get over it people!

They are relentless! They have started blocking their number so you get unknown on your phone and no way to stop calls. Also, they call with the 877 number and today they are calling every 15 minutes! I have a payment due in 5 days and my balance is $21.00. Sick of them & their harassment. I can't understand them either, thick accent.

Called me about 9:45.   Did someone say Montgomery Wards?  They are no longer in business.  My phone rang, 3 times I googled the number.  No message left.  Are people still using landlines and not blocking calls?  And how did the one guy who says they are blocking their number know it's them?  Lots of Unknown show up, can't do much about that except ignore them.  Just after they called someone knocked on my door.  I didn't answer and then they tried my door knob which is not only locked, it's dead bolted.  Some lady, about 70 in a silver car going from house to house, I watched.  This has been quite a morning.

This number called me for the first time today asking for some woman I don't know and I tell her she got the run number then asks for my number so she can remove it from the list. I told her that she called me and she can get the number off her computer. I have no credit cards at all so no reason to be calling me. Next time I'm telling them I'm calling my lawyer.

"Montgomery Wards" does exist, it's a brand name owned by "Colony Brands" and used for direct mail (catalog sales). There are no brick-and-mortar stores any more.

Repeated calls no message

The physical store is no longer around but they do have a catalog and you can purchase from that catalog I have account with them for about 6 months now and it's true that people think it's collection and for some it maybe however I don't know anything on my account but they call constantly just trying to get you to spend money
