They called me and left a message. They are looking for someone named Martinez. So,  the next time I picked up the phone and they asked for this Martinez person, so i said ,"Who the [***] you think I am information?  The INS, or Harriette Taubman for latinos. Go f*** yourself and don't call here again.  I have a telephone number tracer on my computer. They stopped calling.

They called my husband's cell phone looking for my daughter. How they got his number is something I think the Attorney General may be interested in.

They called after 9 am and did not leave a message.

looking for wrong person

I keep getting messages from this company on my voicemail at work. I have called several times to have my number removed from their list. They are looking for someone by the name Michael R Nickolic or something similar. The last time I called, looking for an apology and the lady hung up on me!

Does anyone know this company?

Whoever this company is, they keep calling here looking for my wife's son. We have told them several times that he has not lived here in three and one half years. We did indicate that we had power of attorney for his affairs as he is serving in the military. They want us to fax the power of attorney to them. This will do them no good as they cannot use it. The lady we spoke to this past time was very rude and indicated we could google them if we wanted to know who they are. When I told her I was going to report her companies tactics, she hung up. I want these calls to stop. They are harrassing and I'm ready to start legal action against them.

What they are doing is illegal and I know for a fact because of my line of work.  You can go on line and lookup the "Fair Credit and Reporting Act" and this lays out your rights.  For a quick reference, the Federal Trade Commission has a very good sheet.  I am ex-military and by no means forward any copy of the Power of Attorney.  As a matter of fact, this may seem funny, contact your Congressman because there are other laws on the books to protect our active duty military.

They call my house leaving msg saying, " If you are not (name withheld), please hang up. If you are, please call 877-xxx-xxxx, and refference #*********. When I hang up and call the number back (shown on my incoming caller ID), a msg states that no one can be reached by calling this number. Is this a polite way of  "BLANK YOU" ?

These people are the most unprofessional  I think I have ever dealt with. First off they have been calling my # for over a year, asking for someone that does not live here. I have told them time and time again NOT to call back. But next day SOS. I have called them back, finally got through to a person, that barely speaks English.   NOT sure if they even understood that they keep reaching the wrong number.  DUMB [***]!!!!!!!!

An automatic dialer called me 14 times telling me they had important information for ????, if I was that person please dial 1.  I am not that person.

Then the dialer said to press 2 if I was going to go get that person.  I wasn't because I don't know the person they were asking for.

The they said press three if that person did not live here.  I did that.  14 times I did that.

Finally I dialed 1.  This is a collection agency called EOCC according to the very rude lady who after 8 minutes came to the phone.

There is no way to get them to take you off their list as the questions don't not allow for that option and it does not happen when you press 3.

So the next time I pressed one again and kept them on the line for a half hour and that lady was really upset when she found out I was just leading her on.

They haven't called back yet.  We'll see.......

i keep getting the same collection messages everyone else does, from several different 877 numbers.  They are looking for someone with my middle name and last name.  Today i tried calling them back, at 877-208-4175.  i was polite, the lady that answered was polite and well spoken, she said that it may take 48 hours to remove my number from their call list.  We'll see.

Please dont call this phone not mind phone number and try the harrassing me
