I get a call from this guy asking for Cindy Lawfor or something and I told the guy that i don't know who that is but he continues to talk. He was talking about some investigation so I cursed him out because I warned him the first time.

This number calls and when you pick up they are very rude and will not tell you what they want and keep calling back harassing you.

Guy call saying he was from some company and I told him this is a business and he keep lalking and got really rude.  We hung up on him and he keep calling back

My old employer contacted me regarding receiving several phone calls from this number 1-877-209-0068  stating they are processing a civil case for NCS.

Report these calls to The Federal Trade Commission. They have a complaint worksheet online that is very simple to fill out.

Received a threatening voice mail message from a man named Anthony.  He indicated that he is getting ready to sign off on paperwork regarding information about my finances and he claims he has my SS#.  To avoid legal actions against me, he stated that I better call him within 24-hours.  He called me at my job.  I can get fired if I continue to receive these types of calls.  I do not plan to return his call.  I do not respond to threats and rude people.

Ive received a call from NCS in 2010.. Had me scared as i am a single mom. threatening to arrest me for a payday loan in 2005-2006. I have paid the one payday loan i ever took out so immediately pulled all 3 credit reports to make sure this has been wiped off and that i have not been a victim of identity theft. MY reports are PERFECT! they kept calling  rude harassing me . i called the cops and filed a report. I called NCS to let them know and they have stopped calling me till today OCT 23. 2012. from a new # 877-209-0068  ANTHONY left  a message very RUDE threatening me of arbitration and pending Felony. I immediately them back to speak to even bitchier lady employee # 2586.. she threatened to say what will happen to my lil girl since i was a single mom if i were to get arrested?? how did she know this?!!?  scary!! and that have my recording from 2 years ago claiming i plead guilty that the debt is mine!! i called the Federal trade commission  and they notified me that they can not arrest me for a debt and they are a fraud company.!@! watch out!

I have received the same calls: but once a man called my kid brothers cell phone and asked for me and left him a message to tell me that I have a case pending against me and to call within 24hrs or else. Gave him the #877-209-0068 ext. 111. That was at about 730 in the evening. Then about a week later while I was at work, a man by the name of Mike Berry, totally different name from the other one, but same # and ext. called and told the lady who answered the phone that he had court documents for me, That he wanted to drop them off at my workplace at 230 that afternoon. She told him, first of all, no personal calls are allowed here at work and he is not allowed on state/government premises, without proper authorities. So, he told her to give me the message that I had court appearance coming that I would be missing it without my papers. I haven't heard anything and I can't locate anything in the public records online about such case.
