Got a call tried to call back no answer

I have gotten calls from this number before and have no plans to call them back as it appears to be a phone scam.

I didn't receive a call from this number but serveral of my family members have.  I have talked with these individuals but I still can't find out if they are legit or not.  I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to see if they any information on them.  If so, I will update this post.

I just received a call that had a message on it saying they will be to my house with a summons and if i reject it i will be in trouble and to call the number back. I have received this message before and i tried to get info about the so called debt and collecttion and all they quote you is the amount not the creditor you owe. Contacted better business bureau and they say it comes up with negative info and not leading to an actual business so they can not do too much cause thats suspicious.

Total scam.  They are trying to scare you.  No real process server tries to contact you before they serve the papers.

Received a call from this number and it's a recording that they are coming out to the house to serve a summons. SCAM !!!

I have received several calls in the past few weeks from this number about a supposed court summons.  One call was from a Mr. Stephens and the one today was a female.  The message didn't state her name or any indication of who they were trying to reach.  I called it back this time and a gentleman answered, stating it was J & K and Associates Law Firm.  He stated there were only three individuals who work there and asked who he needed to put me through to. I stated I did not know but the message was left by a female.  He put me on hold and then asked if this was the number that the call was made to (never asked for my actual phone number), and I said that it was.  He then said the call was intended for a Laura L. ( which is not me or a name that I ever get calls for on this phone).  I said I have no idea who that is and he apologized and said my number would be removed from the list.  I guess I will find out if that is the case soon enough.

They keep calling and when I did talk to someone they said that they would remove me off the list but did not.  

Got a message on the answering machine, which missed any identification as either A) the female reading from the script is an idiot who didn't listen to know she was reading to an answering machine or B) it was a robocall.  Threat to show up at workplace, have security or a supervisor to sign as a witness, threat that I would default if I refused to sign or blah blah blah.  Then said to call this number to find out who was filing against me.

This is on the heels of an eight-month harrassment by Rash Curtis Associates calling for someone who does not live here, so I suspect that the two whackjob companies are in bed together.

coming to serve papers from unknown

Got a call from 406-551-9538 and a lady identifying herself as Tasha Brown.  Said she was looking for someone that left my number as a contact number and gave me this 877-210-9239 number and a case number for him to call back.  There is no one that I know by the name she gave and I thought I recognized this 877 number she left as the scam number that is going around.  So I looked it up and yep, its the same one.  So watch out for "other" numbers calling and trying to get you to call this one.

I got the same call for Tasha Brown. asking for me and left a CASe number ..
