This is a collection agency that is trying to tell me I owe them money.  Never heard of the debt they are claiming I owe them and assume this is a scam.

This is ANOTHER SCUM SUCKING BOTTOM FEEDER collection company..........JOSEPH MANN & CREED.........how many company like these SCUM SUCKERS are out there?

They claim I owe money to RCN telecom from over 3 years ago.  I've blocked their number.

Another SCUM SUCKING BOTTOM FEEDING LOW LIFE SACK of CACA.........say they are an attorney being retained by a company that I supposedly owe $$$$.....again, a SACK of CACA...............

get calls but only a recording when I answer and won't identify themselves, when I call back I get a recording and it trys to transfer me and doesn't identify again and can't understand the name of the company, tried to look up by what I thought was correct and had no luck.  so hung up the phone, don't need to be bothered by this stuff.

Voice mail:

Hey (name), this is Rose Marie. Give me a call at (216) 588-9958 You have an account that has been sent to collections. Mr. (name) reference number is #######. Thank you.

It is a fact of life that big companies like Lincoln Financial don't pay attention to the court papers informing them that they are included in a bankruptcy THEY caused because of withholding long term disability benefits. Then they sell the "debt" to another company like this one.  We should be sueing Lincoln but we are now broke.

They are hoping you want to just pay it so they will go away. Ask them to contact you via mail only. You have that legal right.
Ask for proof of the debt.

It's two schmucks pretending to be lawyers by calling themselves Joseph Mann and Creed. Sounds very legal like, right?

This number calls the office where I work all the time and it's a recording spewing some religious messages, I constantly have voice mails with these messages and they call throughout the day at work...I don't have time for this!
