Calls constantly. It's Capital Management Services, debt collectors.

They switch numbers and call constantly for someone that does't live here. Oh well low life people have to have a job too.

Calls constantly, several times per hour, every day, and hangs up before we finish answering the phone. Called back, they said they can't do anything because there is no reference number because no one actually says something on the other side.

Calls all the time on my AT&T GoPhone, when I answer they just hang up and don't say anything!  Finally decided to look up their number as it cost me money everytime they call.

They have calledme numerous times and just hang up!

The caller ID just shows the 877-219-0852 number!

Dude called, my caller ID said 9:01. I answered, he said Hello? I replied, I already said that, who is this?

Then he asked for a friend who used to live here. I said, you know it's after 9pm, right? Stupid said, 'Yeah, because you waited two minutes to answer the damn phone!' Uh, no. I answered on the first ring.

You guys down at "Capital management serives'' all need to have your [***] put out in the win. Management my ass, your lires and a bunch of crooks, sharks feeding off the down and out ..... truth be knowen it's the only job you poor bast*&$ can do. Have you ever heard of bottom feeders doing anything but licking the bottoms clean because others aren't able to do it. not a penny from me will you ever get..each day you call the amount you claim i have goings up 1,2 anf 3 hundred dollars,..eat this sh&t. have a marry xmas NOT Daaaaaaa

Calls all the time at the early morning hours it's quite ridiculous because I don't have anything that would cause debt collectors to contact me..... It's complete BS !!!!! I don't care what job you have but for someone to call my cell number is a bunch of crap!!!! I answer and no one answers it's always silent

I suggest mailing them a letter telling them that they've repeatedly contacted you about a debt that's not yours and that they are to consider your letter as legal notice that they are to cease all communication with you. I'd also inform them that if they fail to heed your notice, you'll promptly pursue sanctions against them in federal court.  This is important: take your letter to the post office and mail it via certified mail with a return receipt request. (I think that costs about $5 or so.)  If these crooks contact you more than once after receiving your certified letter, then you have standing to sue them in federal court for damages.

A pathetic group of people. THEY CAN"T ANSWER THE TELEPHONE sad but at least they are not on the street during the day like us.

They call almost every evening.  I answer, and CLICK!
I've no idea what they want. HAHA

Phone calls are simple to make.  Too hard to send a letter.  Even easier if we would all just pay our bills and get rid of these harrassing phone calls.  What i do not get is how can they get by with constantly calling.  If i can get ahold of them I am going to pay them off then if they call me again I am going to report them.

These people need to be reported. They are disgusting pieces of trash. They need to stop calling and hanging up. They are a nuisance to me & everyone else that they bother. They are scums of the earth.

These pieces of low life sh.t need to hung by their necks. Low life trailer trash punks have nothing else to do with their stupid smelly lives, but call and hang up on people. Tell me, " what do you guys make an hour calling people & hanging up?" ...A $1  an hour?" Your a piece of scum bag animals doing this to people, call your mother up and hang up on her, see how she likes it. Get a life, and get a new job!!!!!
