Pennsylvania - 5 Oct 2007Received a call from this number 877-219-6630, when I answered the call the person on the other end said he could not talk to me, but would I please call 866-843-9115 when I had time. I called this number and they answered "Capital Management" they are some kind of bill collector and they could find no reason for having called me. They apologized for taking my time.

Not answering - 2 Jul 2008Someone from this number keeps calling. They call my home and my place of employment as well. They call 4 to 5 times one right after the other. They do not leave a message.

Anonymous - 7 Jul 2008I get calls from this number all the time. When I call back, they claim not to be able to pull up any information from my phone number, the one they just called. They have started calling four and five times in a row. I've asked them to please stop calling my cell phone, but they continue. At this point, I'm filing a complaint with the FTC.
