Bruce Barnes (caller id 877-219-6796) called saying he wished to verify some information, his first question was to verify my name, his second question was what I consider personal identity information.  When I asked him who he worked for he said Allied Industries.  This is not a company I’ve ever heard of.  I explained I do not answer personal questions over the phone and hung up.  He wasn’t rude, very polite.  Internet search  shows this is a third party collection agency, for debt collection.
