Got a 2nd notice in the mail from them with a lot more info about me than I would have them know!!! Guess I missed the "1st" notice!!!!!

Then get a phone call from them today # on caller ID was 321-281-1705, did not answer so they left this urgent sounding voice mail, but I never called them back. Did not know who or what they are>>>>>>>

I got that notice too.  How do they seem to know my credit history...How can they legally get my credit info If I don't authorize them to do so?

Don't fall for this scam!  Did some digging, and found this info about the company, from the BBB

It's Freedom Debt Center and it's merely an advertising disguised in a way to scare you into signing up with them to reduce your debt.  DON'T!!   They have quite a few complaints with the BBB.  I too got a "2nd notice" in the mail but apparently missed the "1st notice" but their notice satated that my "current monthly payments have become unaffordable."  Oh really?  I'm paying off my debt just fine, thank-you-very-much!

I got a notice from Debt Resolution Center 877-221-8060 and I know that this information from JCPenny sharing my information with other stupid credit card companies. I changed my name after divorced and go back to use my old name (Thai name) and JCPenny the only place spelled my name wrong and took them over 2 months to fixed it. I keep getting all junk mails!!!

They are bad people....

We keep getting in the U.S. mail, what looks to be an official document.  The phone number to call is 877-221-8060.  It states "Debt Resolution Announcement".  They have a somewhat accurate debt amount.  They are proposing to reduce the debt by half.

i got a letter from this number. don't know their credibility. anyone know of any debt resolution companies that are credible?

call twice the second call was with nasty language i mention that my daughter is a lawyer and his respond was he don't give a --- (4 letter words) this happen 3 years ago and now again is any law that can apply is scary the way that they call.
