It's an illegal debt collector. Threatening legal action if you dont call by the end of the day...only they've left this message for the past six months. Report them to your State Attorney General and the FTC.

I believe this company (perhaps another?) is also using a phone that shows 887-700-8099 and callear id of "name unavailable" (like I'd ever answer that!)- It came right after the 877 call- area code 887 does not exist!
How do these people get away with things like this?

i just got a call from these people he left a message threating me about taking me to court im calling the state att now

they call me saying they going to take me to court if I don't pay, I don't have debts

If you receive unsolicited calls from 1-877-225-7952, report this to FTC.gov under consumer complaints in order to open a federal investigation on the matter. If there is a secondary contact number left, a company name provided or any threats of action, submit this information in your complaint. Consumers looking out for each other!

Anyone who threatens you over the phone in order to make you pay a debt is violating federal law. THis number calls me too. Bottom line, they are fake. They have left the same scripted message for the past 8 months on my phone. They call from different numbers. They say they will show up in 48 hours -- hmmmm...they're a tad late. Report them, block them. I block them with my cell carrier.

Please help this company GS holdings keeps calling, me saying I own money to payday loan place from 2007, when I told them I would check with my attorney. They immediately told me that they would have me arrested.

GF Holdings has called our home on numerous occasions seeking to connect with our stepson. My stepson is over 40 years old and has not lived with us for over 30 years nor have we heard from him for a very long time. When I pressed 1 to speak with a rep, I was put on hold for 10 plus minutes then hung up on by the automated answering service. When I dialed the number (877-225-7952, I was greeted by a male voice that I could not understand, and when I asked him to repeat what he said, he said GF Holdings.When I tried to tell him that he had the wrong number, he asked if I knew who my stepson was and I said yes, but he hasn't lived here in 30 years and we don't know how to contact him, he immediately hung up on me.

They called me awhile back.  Another company (or maybe them with a different name?) tried this before and almost succeeded.  They wanted $183.00 credit card only,  no money order.  When I asked for written proof they said no we already sent you enough mail. They wanted a cc to keep "on file" (so they could charge it anytime they wanted) . NOT!!!!! I reported them to the FTC,  the BBB, and the states attorney of Indiana!!  Will do the same with GS Holdings but also to the NY attorney general's office!!!

They have called me several times, and when they do...they call 3 of my numbers (home, work cell & personal cell and my husbands cell) all at the same exact time........every phone around starts ringing.  They said they were trying to collect on a payday loan from 2009 and when I told them I didn't have a checking account in 2009 they said the check was written in 2008 but didn't bounce until 2009....just a bunch of bull.  I've sent them a letter telling them to send me verification or loose my phone #.

I have contacted you daily for 2 weeks this is NOT the person you are trying to reach. Today I finally got a LIVE person. If the calls continue now I will contact the FCC.

This company makes threats to take you to court very unprofessional and rude.

This company keeps calling and threatening me even though they are trying to call the person who owned the phone number before me?! I keep telling them I am not the right person, but they keep on calling!!!!!

They act like the are a law firm and they are going to sue me and serve me papers. They are such liars, just a desperate collection agency trying to get money. These people need real jobs. Don't listen to anything they say, it is just a bluff to get your money!!!!!!!!

this company is fraud they told me to pay or i was going to jail i gave them my card info and a post dated date and they still took my money after i hung up with them and refuse to give it back dont give them any money or confirm any information they are a scamming company dont be a victim like me and fall into there trap....they are theifs and liars dont listen to them

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! I GOT A CALL FROM THEM STATING THAT I HAD A FELONY INDICTMENT FOR A PAYDAY LOAN!!!! WHAT A JOKE! Not only did they harrass me, they harrassed my boss too....totally illegal...even of they were attorneys! Look them up, people do not pay these people they are a complete scam!!!!
