RPM Bill collectors

Person left barely intelligible message with a name and number but no refrence to reason for calling.  Being suspicious, I called back, had to hold over five minutes only to find out that this company was looking for a female person with the same last name as me.  This as rude and I consider it harrasment.  Told company to take me off their list as they had the wrong person and that their call was rude.

James called and ask for a person, it was wrong person and when I told him he told me I was lying and that everytime he called which was a lied since I had never heard from him before, he started asking me personal questions and when I ask his number to report him he started laughing and saying vile things, I did get the number and found it was a collection agency and they didn't care that someone had harrasse me on the phone

I think we should start calling in to them to talk to them about the weather and life and whatnot and prevent them from making any outgoing calls.

I'm also liking the idea of calling whoever sold them the debt EACH time RPM calls us just to let them know we just got a call. Maybe they'll learn the RPM isn't worth the hassel.

I receive calls from this number every day in the morning or in the afternoon.  The recording asks for William Sashel.  The recording ask you to press 1 if you are william, 2 if you are not.  When you press 2, the recording ask to call 1-800-618-6418 and refer to number 9524831

Looking for a tyler or kiler Ramirez I guess it is because of the last name is the same.  I called several numbers back and told them it isn't the person they are looking for and that they are calling us early in the morning when we are trying to sleep.  The last person I talked to was actually nice, I told her someone just called and he said his name was zach or zachory and he was rude and told me he couldn't tell me what company he worked for and kept asking for my phone number.  She said she will fix the records so we don't get these false calls any more.  When you call them back, they have call screening so they know what your number is.

I recieve several calls a week from this number ... there is never any message.  My boyfriend gets at least 3 calls a day from this number.  They never leave a message for him either.

Got 3 phone calls back to back on from 3 different numbers, all stating that they were RPM.  2 calls came in one day.  They claim that my husband owes a company called Z-Tel from the year 2000.  They even have a weird address that we never lived at.  The man I spoke to, Calvin, was rude and nasty.  I told him I wanted verification of the debt and he stated that he was going to put me down as refusing to pay.  He would not give me a mailing address or a contact for Z-Tel.  He said that this was going to go on our credit report.  I then informed him that by our state law, he could not attempt to collect for a debt that was over 4 years old!

WOW. I just got through to a person named Zach. Told me the calls were monitored for quality assurance.He was calling for a past due debt on an MCI account. he named the last 4 digits of a SS# and it is a different person with the same name.He was actually pleasant and said he removed my name from the list

Person is asking for an ex spouse that has not been in contact for over 10 years. Dont know where this person is and dont care. This company should not be calling me looking for someone i am legally separated from and have been for 10 years. When asked how and why they have this number they will not disclose any information. Very Rude.

We keep getting calls from this place and the person says a name like mike (male voice) or valerie (female voice) but when you call back they say its RPM and won't say what kind of business it is or why they called. We don't owe anyone any money, so we don't know where this came from. How do they get your information?

I got a call from this number on a Sunday night and then they don't leave a message. Figured it to be another low life collection agency trying to collect a disputed bill for the 1000th time. Can't even have the Lord's Day for a break from these abominations of the human race.

Phone rings and when you answer an automatic recording switches on asking for someone in our home by name.
We do not except callers who do not identify themselves due to the enormous amount of bogus callers out there so usually we just hang up.
Someone at work told me to hold the lb. key and it would keep them from calling, today they put me on hold so I laid the phone down and left it.
I heard a voice so I picked up the phone and the person was rude and said, "You are not fooling me you are not a fax machine I know you are holding down a key so I am waiting until you answer me.  
They were using a person's name in our household so somehow they have gotten a phone/mailing list or is a business we have used in the past and will not identify who they are.
I laid the phone down until they hung up.
We are tired of 'automated dialing' being allowed and it has caused problems in our household while caring for our elderly and very ill mother by waking her up.
The Oregon Do Not Call law should be legal to sign up for with any phone number you have not just cell phone numbers.
If they are going to continue to call us as unidentifiable numbers we are going to continue to hang up on them, lay the phone down or hold the push buttons down until they take us off their lists.
We will not wait for an answering machine to come on or call any numbers back.
We are not behind in any payments and consider these phone calls harassment.

We could not agree with you more, there should be a law against these people.

This phone number calles me 3-6 times a DAY!!! they leave messages implaying that I know them and I'm one of thier friends, one woman left a message saying that it was a family emergency and to call her back at her "work" number I've had Gary, Ronda, Ashley, and Jeff call me, I've only answered the phone once and told tem that they had the wrong number but they will not stop calling my cell phone they claim that I have an out standing bill, and if the bill was really mine I would of been 12 years old when I supposable encured this bill. I just ignore the calls.

A Ray Parks called and was very rude. Asking for my deceased brother and then says I have to pay his bill. Wish I knew were they were located so I could throw him off the roof. POS!

Calls frequently, I never answer because it says 800 Service on the caller ID.  A major annoyance to us
