877-233-8527 was the caller ID and it was a recorded message that instructed the called person to call my 888 number.  I called the 877-233-8527 number and it was a company RPM .  They said that the called number was removed.  They better hope so...

Said my name and if I am that person to press one and if I am not to press 2.  If you're wondering, R.P.M. is the name of the company and they do collections for Sprint PCS.  Perhaps other companies also, but as far as I read they are the asset recovery arm for Sprint PCS.

I got a call today from the same (877)233-8527 number.  The voice prompt says to press 1, and I will be connected.  When a live persone came to the phone, she rambled on and on that she was calling from AT&T, and that I am in collections for $40.52.  She is a "RUDE B-I-T-C-H"!!  Her behavior was very juvenile.  I asked her if this is way she speaks to customers? She said you are in collections for $40.52. She said you are debtor. AT&T is the customer.  I asked what phone number is she calling about, and she said that "it is not her job to have the phone number".  She couldn't even provide me with the account number she was calling about. Then, she kept repeating "how do you want to pay - credit card, or check by phone"?  I asked to speak with her supervisor.  She replied, this is...

I hung up the phone, and immediately, called AT&T.  Of course, AT&T knew nothing about RPM or any collection proceedings for my account.  Honestly, if this company is contracted by Sprint, Sprint has definitely lost marks!!!  Furthermore, with this kind of attitude from RPM's representatives, I think Sprint had better start re-evaluating their relationship with RPM.  And quickly.  Sprint needs to cut the proverbial "umbilical cord" with RPM.  I would not want my name, or my reputation included in the same sentence with RPM.  Very poor decision making on the part of Sprint.

Called on Friday 14th, at 3:10pm.  Left message with this phone number and to call Cassandra.  Called back today at 1pm, stating she worked for RPM and my Sprint PCS account was sent into collections.  They are calling me at work.  When I stated that I have never had a Sprint PCS account, they asked for personal information.  I asked them were my letters of indebtedness were and they said they had been sent.  The person became very rude when I wanted her to provide me with verification information.  When I asked to speak with her supervisor she become even more rude, and said she was marking the account as refusal to pay.  That was fine by me.  I have turned this over to Sprint Fraud unit.

They've called me twice today without leaving a voicemail. I'm with T-Mobile, so if this is regarding Sprint, I think I'll just ignore it.

I have had numerous calls from this number and have usually pressed two when prompted because I am not the person being called. Today I decided to press the one so I could actually speak with a person. When I told this person that I was not the person she was looking for then she ask if I was his Mother. When I told her that I was not and the person that she was looking for did not live here nor had he ever she ask me for the last four digits of my phone number. She then proceeded to tell me that it was the contact number that she had been provided with and she would call it any time that she chose to. She was very unprofessional and very rude. I don't even know what this is suppose to be about but I told her when she said she could call whenever she chose that I would contact my lawyer. How convenient, I work for one.

A completley rude call came from this number where the person on the other end argued continuously with me about an unpaid bill that was not mine or anyone I even knew.  The manners in which this individual used on this call were completely unacceptable and a harrassment claim should be considered as a result of this.  I do not want this orgainzation calling me again!

I don't know who they are and why they are calling me. I Don't have a Sprint Phone and never did. I've asked them to remove me from there list and they keep calling me back. I'm getting EXtremely Mad and about to take this to court.

for now Ive added them to my Cell Phone and Selected a NO RING tone for their Phone Number. The Title in my Phone when they call is [***].

Since i've asked more than once for them to remove me and i'm on a Cell w/ DO NOT CALL list I am able to sue the pants off them. They are asking for about $250

This same number calls our house all the time and the person they are calling doesn't even live here.  I get harassed each time they call by RUDE comments.  Surely there is a way to stop this!

I have been getting calls at all hours and when I answer there is no one on the line.  They don't leave a message and I do not have an overdue account with sprint.  I wonder if Sprint knows about them.

Have been getting calls from this number but never answer. Its annoying. They  call in between 8am and 8:30pm. If I'm on the "No Call List" why are they calling me? I have T-mobile...
Maybe we can send this to our lawyers and let them handle it??

Most likely this is Risk Management Alternatives, a collection agency out of the Atlanta GA area. Dont call them back, just send a cease and desist letter from budhibbs.com. This agency is facing a major lawsuit according  to most websites and they will go down soon. Document and record everything you can and provide it to your state AG or the FTC. Debt collectors are exempt from the no-call list but dont whine about it, if they harass you they are still subject to lawsuits. More compliants in the right place means more action against these jerks!
