Called from the business off of Verizon Wireless.
Represented themselves to be from Verizon and the girl said she will be assigned to "follow my account". First thing they asked for was the information that the account was listed under, the last four numbers of my SS or the TAX ID # . What? I'm not giving that info out to a person on a phone call.

Claimed to be from Verizon Corporate? Offices.  He told me we are qualified for an upgrade.  I told him we just signed up with Verizon(2 months ago)  and I don't think we could.  He says, yes you qualify for an upgrade.  He then asked for one of our numbers.  Since I'm a little busy at work, I quickly got rid of him.  Normally I would toy with him, hopefully he will call back.

They called me too.This is a legitimate Verizon Wireless sales office. They upgraded several of my phones and everything went smooth.

When you call their number it says that they are an authorized agent for Verizon. They actually helped me quite a bit. I was having some major issue with my plans and my employees were going over their minutes. They were able to save me a lot of money by putting me on a better plan. They also upgraded 4 of our phones for free. I personally had a great experience working with them and I would recommend them based on that.

I worked with company and I thought they were very professional. I referred my brother to them and they helped him out as well.

This company called me and claimed to be Verizon corporate. Somehow they had all my account information before they called me. They knew my account number, social security number and password. I found out that this is not Verizon! How do these people have access to my personal information. This is a scam!

This company is a scam and I recommend you avoid them. I already reported them. They claimed that they will get me out of my cell phone contract so that I can switch to Verizon. I never authorized anything and all of a sudden I get a call from the Sprint fraud team that someone is trying to access my account.

you are crazy this is a request u must have made ....this company has helped me   they only do what u request you must have told them u wanted to get away from bad service to get to good ( better ) service ....Sprint sucks thats why i have verizon call them back they will probally still help u .......and they reply to this hate mail ...plus to represent verizon you have to qualify am i right they just done send droids to idoits lol get real ...! this is not a scam probally as legit as it gets .... I know u wish verizon would let u help there customers out ...dealing with one representive for 24 months

Said they were from Verizon Wireless and had "free" equipment for us.  Told him the person he needed to speak to was unavailable. Hopefully they won't call back.  Caller ID showed "unknown caller".

give them a break there educating us on equipment    people are so crazy .....no credit card number needed to be given free free and u dont even leave your desk  go wait at the store for 5 hrs
