Act like a collection agency.  Asked for Victoria Joseph.Ref #3824046.  Call 8-8 or 8-12 on sat.

Received many calls from 954-391-5258 and 954-391-5276 but no message. Finally left message to call 877-236-5810 and ask for Joseph with a reference # (didn't bother to write it down)

They are National Credit Adjusters and are a bottom feeder collection agency. They are out of Hutchinson Kansas. They are on Bud Hibbs watch list for bad debt collectors. They were calling me day and night asking for someone I have never heard of. I was called a liar and to own up to my debt. I finally got my local authorities to get the calls to stop as I was not the person they were calling for. They are horrible. That Joseph guy tries to intimidate you that they are going to serve you court papers, etc, etc.

Been receiving calls from a 877-236-5810 number about a letter they sent me, I don't answer calls like that I let them continue to go to the voicemail. I guess eventually oneday they will stop calling, I won't get tired of sending them to the vm, they will get tired of calling me first. Then they use the same name I see on here that they use for everyone they call a guy name Joseph. If it's not a local area code I'm not answering point blank. So irritating you would think by now that they would get the hint to stop calling, I don't owe nothing...

This number was left as a callback #  from 832-460-1539  832-460-1540  and 832-460-1569.....with no other info.....hey is there a lawyer out there that wants to get me some money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They call me using a local number on the caller ID but then leave a message that they are not a telemarketer and I need to call Joesph at this number.  The name on the electronic voice is kind of close to mine.  I don't answer any unknown numbers.

I've received calls from this number atleast 4 times a day for the past 5 weeks, and get the recording it's not a telemarketing call, etc. and they are calling about a letter they sent me.  Who are you?  They don't identify who "they" are.  Why would I call if I don't know who they are?

called my mothers house when i called them back got a jacky on the line she was rude, unproffessional and a coward as she hung up on me and would not identify the name of the agency!!!

They've been calling us for months now and leaving messages for someone by the name of Winfrey. I fnally called them on 11-16 and told them that no person by this name lives here. They asked me personal questions that I refused to answer and told me that they can't remove my number from their call list unless I answer them. I still refused. We have caller ID and voice mail so they can call for the next ten years and we'll just screen them out

Received a call from NCA.  Caller ID on my cell showed 630-405-7517.  This is the first time I received a call with this area code.  It is the area code covering the west suburbs of Chicago.  I answered the call listened to the message to try and tell them they have the wrong number.  When you call back the 877-236-5810 number, you are met with VERY rude people.

got a call and i forwarded it to vm.. left a call back number of 877-236-5810. and a ref # I called and told them do not call my number again. The lady was very rude asking me questions. The person they called for, I have NO idea who that is.. I told her i didnt know the person and she still wanted to ask questions!

Got a call from this number with my local area code 202-370-7533 or 202-370-7537 trying to trick someone into anwsering and say they are from NCA and they were calling about a letter I recieved to take care of a debt and to call back 1-877-236-5810 these people must be crazy.

Same thing here.  Robocall from 405-551-8536 on OKC number.  when I call that number back I get a call center person answering (and don take this wrong but they sounded [***] for reals)so they are either hiring out but I really want to know where that 405 number and address corridinate cuz I am gonna walk up to it and ask whats up and then call the police and have them slapped with harrassment cuz I got letters of C&D on this company.

Caller id was 9042569503, which pulled up nothing thru google search'
They left 8772365810 as their call back number on my voicemail.
Got more info and was given 6502394649 to call.

Then I get a call back from 9042569503 again and answered just to see who they were...

Guy by the name of Kevin Peterson (doubtful that was his real name with such a HEAVY Indian accent) with Crime Center of America (no such entity) said i was going to court on Friday. I asked him for what? He said his lawfirm was representing a company called Quick Cash Net and that I was being charged with violation of Federal Banking regulations and Check fraud.

Never heard of Quick Cash Net. He knew one of my throwaway email address which collects nothing but spam so i never look at it and said that "legal documents" warning of my pending Court Case had been sent to that email address.

He wanted to forward all info to my "lawyer".

I'll have my "lawyer" contact them all right, with harassment charges.

on your comment about them not removing your number out of the list without answering any questions. thats considered harrasment and you can sue them for violating FDCPA law..especially its a wrong #..

the number 877-236-5810  called my residence a few times and left a VM stating that they are wondering if i received a settlement letter they sent me. of course its a collection call, but i don't have anything in collection. never heard of the company either. I AM A DEBT COLLECTOR myself a honest one and not rude and disrespectful like many, and I know what the FDCPA allows collectors to do and NOT to do, I wish when they call again they violate the law so i can sue their [***]..People if you dont know collection agencies are only allowed to call and have contact with you directly only 3 times a week, unless they are leaving vm's or leaving msgs with 3rd party's, so if you personally talk to them more than 3 times a week than that is a violation worth up to $1000.00 per violation.. they can leave as many msg's as they want 100 times a day and they can leave msgs with friends and family as many times as they want unless they are told not to call friends and family # or work by you only.

as far as "legal documents"  goes, anything to do with court cases are done via certified mail, or someone serving you at home or work, not by email. if a collection agency tells you you are being sued or they are suing you with a empty promise or they lied that is a major violation. you can actually sue the collector personally not just the company..you can actually write them a cease and desist letter stating you want the calls to stop, especially if they got the wrong person or # and they refuse to stop calling..hope this helps

"National Credit Adjusters" robocalled my home phone Saturday.  When I picked up, a woman told me she was calling in reference to a settlement offer they had sent.  I had not received any such offer, and am not the person they are looking for.

Monday while I was at work, "NCA" (same company) robocalled and left a message to call back this number.  I had to repeat the whole conversation from Saturday.  No, I am not the person you're looking for.  I have never heard of the company.  I have never had that type of account.  No, those are not the last four digits of my "Social."

Called and left a personal message on my machine for someone who does not live here.  Said they were National Credit Adjusters and wanted to settle a claim they had mailed earlier.
