Left no message after calling.

called 2 days in a row now have not left a message

Has had several calls, no messages.

they are a collections agency.  my call wa about how my old apt complex billed us and how they were stupid enough to bill us at our old address.  since they hadn't heard anything from us in months, they turned us over to this collection agency.  they are legit.  we called our old complex and had words with them as well.  this agency contacts you before they ding your credit.  i'd call back if you care about your credit score.

Tried to tell me I owed for a apartment that I never lived in. They would not give me much info unless I told them my SS#. Not sure if it is a scam or not.

calling for someone that does not live at this number. Wont stop calling

This company just called me and had a recorded message to speak to my husband and to please hold.  I hung up and called back and they would not tell me what company they were with except it is NCC.  They then asked for my phone number to find out if we had an account with them.  I told them they just called me so they know my number and asked again what company it was and what the call was about.  They just kept asking for my phone number so I just told them to stop calling unless they can identify what the call was about.  I don't give out information unless we can be given the reason for the call and identify themselves.  Customer service is just a joke now when someone calls you on the phone!! We have no outstanding debt at this time so I don't have a clue what this is!!

They are NCC and are a Debt Collection Agency located in Jacksonville, Florida.
They do collections for Apartment Complexes among other clients.

They called me last week and I told them the amount in question was in dispute. I also told them that I wanted them to stop calling me at home... the gal said okay.  You need to write to NCC to actually get them to stop calling. Asking them verbally isn't enough, which I found out about 30 minutes ago when they called back... again...

This place is where I went to find a lot of answers, about how to dispute bills, debts and moreover, I found out about something called 'Debt Validation', which basically compels a bill collector to prove that you owe THEM the money. Look into it, it's helping me with these guys...

I am having the same problem. Looking for 2 different people that do not live here, nor do I know them. I have told them repeatedly they have the wrong house and to stop calling.  I have asked for a supervisor, but one is never available. I am always told it will take 24 hrs to remove my number from the system, and a couple days later they call repeatedly again.  I have just reported them to the Do Not Call Registry.

This company is a major pain and totally rude.  When I get a recorded message I am offered press 1 if you are &*$#@ or press 2 if you aren't. If you press 2 you keep getting called.  So after 50 calls I press 1 and get a live person.  I explained that Vixey Gabon does not live at my address, we are the Luallen/ Morlock residence, have had this phone number for 20 years, and I don't know who this is and to stop calling. I am informed someone is using my phone number and it is a collection call. They say they will remove my phone number from the system, but it takes 24 hrs to remove. Yet within days or hours I have to repeat this conversation. I am never informed who the company is, nor am I permitted to talk to a supervisor.
