This same number has called me several times over the past months time.

I never gave them any info.

Last night, I got aother call from them. They again claimed to be from the Wachovia Bank. I hung up on them.

After about an hour, I called them back, and this guy with a broken accent answered with the name of some radio shop.

I let him know that the calls were not appreciated, and that their scam laden buttocks would have their whole day ruined if they ever called again.

Once again, received a call from this number. Does not leave message!

Called when my babysitter was at home.  The man was rude called the number and it was a stereo chop in California.  Wachovia has there number mixed with there number.  First of all the fact that they were trying to get information about my husband from her was illegel.  Second the fact that she stated my husband was in Court and there first reaction is what did he do.  Is it assumed that if a Black male is in Court that it is automatic because he did something wrong.  If the person was even with Wachovia then they would know that POLICE OFFICERS have to go to court.

Called me two days ago, then again today. Didn't answer. I'm a Wachovia customer, so that seems odd.

These are crooks pretending to be Wachovia bank.
Want personal information, such as birthdate, address, etc., while offering some promotions.
use the info probably for identity theft.
Don't give the crooks any info.

Blocking the number (if you can) is probably the best to cut down on the annoyance factor.  Also, we are phoning Wachovia and letting them know.  I don't think it's a legit call as we are unlisted and on the DNC list, but if they did by some chance knowingly pass along our phone number after being told NOT to do that, then they just lost our business.  I'm disabled and in an enormous amount of pain and in no way wishing to deal with whoever the hell this is disturbing our household 2 and 3 times a day.  They should of gotten the message a while ago that we haven't picked up and are not interested so buzz off.

I called the number and questioned them. the guy had an accent. Rudely, he asked me who I was and when I told him that the number was on my caller ID he hung up.
