called me today and yesterday

Been getting calls several days this week, several times a day. No messages left, just the number on the caller id.

This is the business office of Diagnostic Imaging, I think. We had a bill with them that wasn't being taken care of by insurance. They did leave messages for us but never clearly identified themselves which is a total nuisance! I told the woman I spoke to when she called recently while I was home that they need to identify themselves - we don't return calls unless the caller leaves that information.

it is a Diagnostic Imaging office, mine was from Louisville, KY.  They do not Identify themselves and I don't answer.  It is about a claim that was pre-approved by my insurance company and all of the sudden 5 months later I start getting bills and these annoying phone calls.  My advice is if you have a call like this don't answer.  Find out what you owe by looking for bills etc.. Send it to your insurance and let them handle it.  If they don't, then call the number on the bill and if you are goin to pay for it set it up where you pay 5 dollars a montha and they will be happy.  But the phone calls are a joke, no one answers 1800 or 877 calls.  They need to just give it up!!!!

They're a collection agency called "Ingram & Associates". Don't let them jerk you around.

But hey look, they donated some candy to the hospital so they must be alright, right?

Jerks call but do not talk. I guess they have no backbone.

This number is calling my MOTHER and telling her that i need to call them about myself or my son.  They claim to be from Norton Healthcare im assuming in Louisville, ky.  I dont have a bill from there, nor have i ever received treatment from there. I dont even live in Louisville at the moment. Ive called them back and left a message even though they JUST called my mother moments before.  I left a message for Norton Healthcare and asked them whats going and im now waiting to hear from them.

They called me telling me they were from the Norton Business Office & that it was important for them to get some information from me. She said she needed to ask me some questions to verify my identity. I told her I didn't know her & she immediately gave me this number which was also on my caller ID. She said I should call back to give them the information. She had a foreign accent & said her name was  "Grace." I called Norton Healthcare & they said they had not called me. Called BBB & they said they were not aware of these calls.

This number has called me at least twice now. I have no debt with anyone. Wish these people would just stop calling and not leave a message. You are bothering me while I am at work.

I am getting a call from this Number every day and at first they just called leaving no message. Now they leave a message but it is not clear.

Have an automated machine that calls to check and see when you are going to pay a bill that you just received LAST WEEK.  Horrible way for a company like this to do business.  If they are going to call they should leave a message!!!!!

Keep getting calls from this number. I do not answer... noted from other posts that it is from Norton's. I have never been to Norton's so i have no clue why they are calling.

I just got a call from them and it was a recording telling me to return their call or press 2 to speak to an agent. But they disconnect too fast to press 2!  Makes me wonder if this is one of those calls that gains access to your computer if you return their call,

It's the billing department for anyone who has had an MRI or Ct scan in recent months.. Yes it is from Nortons medical billing and to clear things up Humana hospitals are now Nortons...So if you've been to Audubon hospital in Louisville for a MRI or Ct scan you'll get billed from Nortons because they now own all the former Humana Hospitals.
