Do not recognize person asking about and want calls to stop

I got same call today, recording sounded really bitchy on phone and threatened legal rights to contact others?? Sounded like collection person but I bet it is a scam..

supposedly is a company collecting a debt for a payday loan that was supposedly from years ago, explained that I never had an account that ended in the four numbers that she gave me and that I have never even heard of the payday lender she is talking about - she said I would not receive any more calls.. I blocked the number just in case - sounds like a scam to me

They just called my sister with a robocall looking for me!

This number called my mother looking for me also.

Got the same call in the past few days, using different number,  but same recording.

Calls with same recording as all the others have received.  Must be a scam. It seems to happen mostly during Tax season.

I just received a call from this  number saying I owe a payday loan from 2008. And if i didnt pay they would sue me  over $600, Im not saying its true or not true what I will saynots sounds like a scam to me also.

I just received the same phone call and the person was also named Sara.  I have had this happen before and I kinow I dont owe anybody like that.  I agree it feels like a scam.  They said they were looking for me as well.

I called the number back, and the business is called FMR (never hear of it) told them to remove my number and my mothers number. The guy never stated his name. Supposedly remove the numbers.

Automated caller wanting to know my location and whereabouts and requesting me to call them.

Same message from Sara ... Location and tracing efforts ... they can call other contacts by law if necessary.  I agree this sounds like a scam and would not call them.  If anyone infact had a payday in the past that was paid off, perhaps they are trying to scam you into thinking you still owe them or their records were hacked.  SCAM.

Another dbag robo call from another dbag scammer. If there is any justice, they'll all end up in hell next to the pedophilez and lawyers.

Received same recording from Sara, bitchy indeed. Threatening to call all references to know "x" wherabouts. I say x cause I don't understand the name and its obviously not my name. Hating this calls! -_-

My sister received a call today & the message is exactly as stated above. Crazy people are getting more & more desperate!

These people are scammers!  I had 2 payday loans that I paid off many years ago. They STILL keep calling me to say I owe them money! I received a call in Dec from some ghetto hood rat stating I owe them money I will be served! I told her that I know you are a scammer plus I work for a law office so quit harassing me! The auto calls have started again - I just block the # and I have refused to even waste 1 more moment on these losers. The sad part is I know there are people who are scared into paying for something they don't owe. Stand up and unite! Don't be afraid to tell them off! The ghetto hood rat calls from an unknown/blocked #.

I got the same call yesterday and today but today the call came from 877-246-5401.  I will contact their phone provider and inform them of the scam these folks are running.
