Got A call they left a reference number, Have called them back 27 times always had to leave a message.... Still waiting on a phone call back... Its a collector company that goes by NCN... Does anyone have any helpful information on who this number or company really is?

I received a call from this number. When I answered it a robo-script told me it had an important call for me and to please wait. I hunng up and called back. The roboperator said you have reached the Ad blah blah (mumbled so I couldn't understand.) Agency.
I was then given the option option to continue in English or French.
Choosing English I was next told to wait for the next available agent but if one wasn't available to leave a message in their general voice box with my name,
I hung up at this point.
