Gat a call, did not leave voice mail. Stop calling my cell :(

Rec'd call. Did not recognize the number. Did not answer, but did call the number back from a land line (not my cell) and it was Charter Communications.  I do not have any outstanding balance with this party so can only assume that they would like to sell me more services. They did not leave a message.

It is Charter Communications. They have been calling us continuously from another number, first time they called me from this number though. I asked them to stop calling, they are just trying to sell things.

Got a call from them today.  Came here, found it was Charter, realized my bill was  2 days past due.  Ooops!  Paid it.  Thanks for reminding me guys.

I continually receive calls from this number which is Charter.  I am on a monthly bank draft and so I do not have outstanding debt with them... all they want is to sell me more of their packaged options - to which i tell them No Thanks and to quit calling me....yet they call me every other day!  I have asked nicely, pleaded, begged and even gotten ugly for them to STOP calling my cell....  Now they call me every day :-)   I will be changing providers.  Good luck to all of you Customers!

I called back. it is Charter. If you have an Android phone. You can add it to your reject list.

Got a call from this number but was not left a message on voicemal.  So I returned the call to see if it was important.  Turns out it is Charter Communications...AGAIN!  I am so upset with this company.  NO I do not want to upgrade my account and NO I do not want to take your damn survey on WHY!

If I recieve one more call from them seeing how I am a loyal paying member I will go first thing next day to cancel my membership.  This is getting old!

Even after I paid my bill (a couple of days late) I still got calls from these people.  I called them back, what a mistake.  Slimy sales chick that literally was arguing with me telling me that I should drop Uverse for TV and pick up Charter.  I told her I previously had Charter and got rid of them because the TV with Uverse was significantly better, yet I kept Charter for Internet because that was significantly better than UVerse.  So a compliment in one way, but it was argument and BS after that.  Do they realize that people have choices and harassing your EXISTING customer for more service might make them leave?  A*shats.

I am on two no call lists. Yet Charter keeps it up. Once, a particulatly aggressive salesman began asking me questions that I found a bit too personal, so I told him i didn't like his line of questioning and hung up on him. I will continue to do so. When I dropped their awful cable service, I thought the customer service attendant was going to literally break down and cry! Comcast is the big provider in my general area, but for some reason charter has an isolated monopoly in my neighborhood. i think they are having difficulties and are becoming desperate.

I called charter they told me they do not recognize this number, be aware it could be a spoof, don't give your confidential informations.

They called me again.  WTF.  I use Google Voice, so they are now blocked.  Ha!

Got a couple of calls from this number, which I didn't recognize. No message left so I called the number.  Charter Communications SALES department. Want to get us to "bundle" our services. The gal I talked with was VERY NICE :) (and no, we don't wanna bundle ... we'd have done that in the beginning if we had wanted to!)

FYI : 877 is a TOLL FREE number.....With toll free numbers the charges are *paid for by the party who is called*  instead of the caller. Area code 877 is not assigned to a geographical area.

I am not suprised that the other posters said that this is Charter.  They were calling me up to 3 times a day from a Georgia number to try to get me to upgrade my services.  I actually went to my cell provider to block that number.  I think I may need to drop Charter all together now.

Got a call from this number the first time and it was charter. I haven't picked up at all, but they continue to call me and leave no messages whatsoever. another number that was charter was blocked from my phone, but a month later, they managed to get through verizon's block list and called every freaking day. I'm starting to think that charter may not be for me if they are continously trying to harrass me.

It's Charter's sales department. They've been calling me two or three times a day for a month, first from 404-891-6986 and now (after I refused to answer for a week) from this number. I told the sales rep I get Netflix for 8 dollars a month and that shut her up quick. Here's hoping she doesn't call again. If she does I'll switch to Comcast. I can't believe these people harass their own customers!

It is Charter trying to get you to bundle your services...calls are coming several times a day...used to call from a different number, I called it back and asked them to stop, they said it would take 20 DAYS to take me off the list...so every time they called me, I called them back asking them to remove my name.  One Customer Service rep hung up on me!  Now this new number is calling, called it back after 4 calls yesterday and asked them to remove my number...again I was told it would take 20 days to remove my number..so I guess I am back to making a return call with my complaints!

I have gotten 10 calls from this number, even after I have asked them to stop calling. How can I stop this??
