Unknown person identifying herself as "Tina Smith" called me at 7:15 am PDST.  She announced she was a process server looking for my son.  When I told her I did not know where he was she gave me the number above and told me she and another person had been to my son's place of employment and had gotten my name and phone number from his supervisor.  At this point I knew it was a BS call.  The employer she cited had closed the business 2 1'2 years ago and there is nothing there except an empty building.  I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told she did not have a supervisor.  I asked to speak to the person that gave her a paycheck.  She refused.  When I told her she was mis-representing herself as a process server and she was lying to me (since the business was closed and no one was there), she hung up on me.  I called the number above and the answering machine said "Thanks for calling All State."  When I got somone on the phone they hung up on me as well.

A man calling himself Michael Woods called and left a message on my answering machine. He said he was a process server for the state of Texas looking for my niece. He said my name had shown up in the investigation of the case and that she or I needed to call him. He gave a case number to reference. He said one of us needed to call this number and speak to the attorney on the case.

A woman called me on my cell phone.  She said she was a process server.  She said she was going to serve me at my place of employment or home.  I asked her who she represented.  She said All State.  I asked her was it a law firm.  She told me to call the number and give them the case number.  She then immediately called my place of employment.  I answered but did not give my name.  She kept asking me what kind of business this was.  I asked her who she was and she hung up on me.  She called back, and I answered "Hello".  She then hung up.  They are violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Does anyone have the address for this company?  I would like to file a compliant.

"Mike Wood" process server for the state of Louisiana with a middle eastern accent for me to contact the attorneys office regarding a summons at 1 (855) 370-9519, and when you call it's says "Allstate"! It's a fraud collection agency
