I just got a call as well an hour ago. They left a message. Something about a restocking fee. And that its my final notice. Wtf?

This "company " keeps calling saying I owe credit card debt but do not have any. They keep saying final notice or I'll be prosecuted. But for what?

They have called me 4 times straight back to back and I'm working.....I don't know what company it is, does anyone else know what company they are saying they are?

I keep on getting calls from this number. When I called them back.  They said they will be sending me a court order to be suppoena.  I don't know what that mean.

Hello my name is Helen Bailey. We received a fax order for delivery to the address on record for Angel Miranda (?) Center for proper delivery of these documents. Please return my call to 877-256-0747. Same lady call me a couple days ago but on a different number 888-353-5021. I know these are scam calls therefore, I don't waste my time to answer this type of call.  SCAM!

Received a call from this number saying that I have a court order and will be detained until my court date if I don't pay a loan back that I have know knowledge of. These people have to be fraud callers I looked up their name they call their selves PRS Litigation law firm, first someone name Denise called then when I call back I get a Melissa on the line that sounds just like Denise. I will be waiting to be served

I believe is all a scam to get peoples money

These people called me saying I owe a debt from 2010 which is BS and they said police will detain me and they have already contacted my job. I called the creditor and they have no knowledge of them either . They are phoney and I will take legal action against this fake collection . They almost had me fooled.

This is a scam do not conversate with them. The lady call asking for delivery information and it was my last change. I was getting a supoena for debt owed and my job notified and the police as well. They wanted personal info to resolve the issue. Only problem is. I have a 843 beacon score. No outstanding debts. And i own my own company so who did u contact job wise. PRS legal Service. Dnt fall guys. Its a Scam.

They called my ex-husband to serve papers, they said I took out a loan on-line which I would never take a loan out on-line,  they said it is from 2010 they said I would be detained and given a court date, I called the Credit Union they researched the number and said they are a fraud, do not talk to. them. They have lots of complaints on that number.

If they continue to bother you,  and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

You'll probably have to yell at them and talk over them.
You have to get tuff with these people because,  being akin to thugs, brute force is (metaphorically speaking),  the only thing they understand.
