Who is it registered with?

Keep getting calls from 1-877-263-8311.

I won't answer because I know they are trying to collect a credit card debt that just got totally out of control, and to be quite frank I just don't feel like talking to some smug [***] that thinks that he/she has me "over a barrel" and talks down to me like they all do.

The calls are from FMA Alliance, a debt collection agency. Just Google their name you'll find them listed at the top.

I have been getting calls from this number and I have not answered them.  They are a collection agent and are probably calling me because my daughter has not been paying her credit card bills.  I have had this happen before.  They try to get me, her father, to pay off the debt.

Does not leave message, but if I call the number back a recording answers stating they are FMA Alliance.  Have no idea who they are.  They call every day. Usually at least 10-12 times per day.  They also call on Sundays and they have been known to call @ 9:00 p.m. I think that is a little absurd.  I have already been put on the "DO NOT CALL LIST". What do you have to do to make these companies stop calling?

You are being called about a credit card debt. There is no "DO NOT CALL LIST" for a debt that is owed.

Grandma keeps getting calls from this number and is very upset.

These people simply refuse to understand that the person they constantly call for does NOT live here. They have a wrong number but won't  acknowlege their mistake, yet they keep calling. This has been going on for 6 months. I've had enough!

I tracked FMA ALLIANCE down and called them. They have my number as the home number of a person who does not live here. They refused to delete my number and promised to keep calling until that person is found or I give them an alternate number. What a sleezy way to make a living!

Do with this information as you will. It is all public knowledge if you know where/how to look. I do know that if FMA does not stop calling me for fictitious debts Mr. Janakes will get the opportunity to explain it to me personally. I anticipate a short conversation.
