I received a call from a man named Paul telling me he found me and was delivering legal papers to me about a payday loan debt. I had 30 minutes to call a man named Justin. I called him and was told to make arrangments or this guy paul would deliver papers to me for court. I did have a payday loan in 2012 and I dont remember if it was paid or not so made p ayment of 30.00 .  I was so stupid but i will call bank and report it and change my account.....

Recieving calls from some by the name of charlrs hart wright,calling family members about some investigation,trying to scare them into handing over $. Hope he gets hit by a bus.8772648999

JUst received call fro female, UKNOWN on caller id, stating she was verifying my address to serve some leagal papers of which she didn't know what they were, just call Lakefront Processing Solutions at 8772648999 and give a file# for them to look my issue up.

Guy answers and verifies my name, last 4 of social- all on computer, then says one moment while I go "get your file". Confirmed my address as well (which are background/credit check can reveal) so I asked if you know my address why haven't you sent or served me already these papers? Said it was some payday loan from 2012 from a company Ive NEVER heard or done business with. Try to scare with legal jargon about me being liable for the debt since MY SS# and MY EMAIL were confirmed. LOL- ummm, ever heard of identity theft- that's probably the first likelihood- next obvious deal is THIS IS SCAM.
Not sure what kinda nuts sit around concocting "business plans" like this to scam people over ficticious bad debt but Id LOVE to meet them and person sometime and let them know exactly what I think about them.

Same thing company had name like Lakeside Processing. Received a call from a woman was going to present me with papers.  Same story of something owed in November 2012. Payday loan  from an Access Processing that I never took out. Advsied him, that I never took out the loan, Credit report has nothing on it, and I am not going to pay. All he would say was good luck.   I said I am puting a fraud alert on my credit report.  Then I hung up.
