Someone named "Ashley" called from this number, identifying herself as being from "The Washington Group".  She is recruiting for some kind of "opportunity".  Typical MLM probably, Primerica/Amway/etc.etc., calling strangers trying to recruit.

The number is tied to what appears to be a recruiting agency for insurance agents called "Insurance Hub".  There is a large Mass Mutual agency in Rockville known as the Washington Group; possibly Mass Mutual/Washington Group is using the Insurance Hub to recruit new agents.

This is not CONFIRMED; but it does seem to fit.

I checked the phone number that is 877-265-2002 and it does match up with other call ins connected to "The Hubb".  Except that the Lady who left her name refers to this number as the First Financial Group, The Guardian.

I had been texting with a local guy from Louisville ky to buy a car off craigslist for an hour when I got a call from this number. He claims to be from here and wants to come to my house to show me the car? Now I'm really worried after seeing all the different people who this could be
