- Amy TLeaving recorded messages on my cell phone v-mail (which is through ATT Wireless) and on the NO CALL REGISTRY! They do not leave a name just a number for you to call back.

- Someone| 1 replyI called this place back..... its a Tmobile outsource company. They were looking for someone who gave my # as their contact #. So I just told them it was a wrong # and they stopped calling. Personally I feel sorry for the people that work there.... after reading what most people have been writing on these posts all over the web, I wouldnt want their job for anything, having to deal with people getting so angry over someone elses mistake. I guess in this economy people will do any job.

- Kitty replies to Someone"Someone" Thank you for posting that. I got the same call, and after reading your post, called them - the exact same issue, they removed me, and no more calls. I even read the man your post, and he said "thanks, all n a days work"
- KGB/FSBBy not leaving a corporate identification information, the organization can skirt around the current "No-Call Law." If the receiver calls back with the 877-268-5402 number this organization can claim that the caller called them on a private initiative and therefore not falls under the "No-Call Law."
However, they have left a message with our organization and we will investigate and exert appropriate punishment on the caller on behalf of the American people since we are not bound by US law.- Call type: Telemarketer
- annoyedThey called and said they were calling on behalf of T-Mobile. They asked for me and my social security number. When I asked who I was speaking to they hung up on me. I called back the number on the caller ID and it keeps hanging up on me. Very shady people

- BJMy husband keeps getting phone calls from this number. The message was cut in half, so I returned the call. A man named Pete answered and he told me that our phone number was given to T-Mobile six months ago by Alicia Hunt, a person I don't know. He immediately removed the number for us. He was very kind and helpful! (He also told me that the automated number has called my husband 10 times in the past few days.)

- D. Lewis| 1 replyI have been receiving calls from this number (877-268-5402) on my new cell phone that I have had for about three weeks. I bought this phone for use in my practicum in a school psychology program and only my supervisors, one other practicum student and my significant other have been given my number. I received three calls from this number and thinking they were from one of my supervisors (calling from one of the many locations they work at) I attempted to return each call ASAP and got a recording putting me on hold each time. The caller was not identified and I thought it might be a phone scam that would result in me being billed for minutes while I was waiting for someone to answer so I hung up each time. This evening I realized that all three calls were from the same number. I read all of the messages posted above and then called the number and talked to a representative briefly and politely explained why I had called. He asked me how long I had had my new phone and told him. I then asked if I would continue to get these calls. He sounded pretty put off by my question and replied with something to the effect of "I already told you, you will not get them if this is the wrong number, have a good day" (in angry tone) and hung up on me; that is probably not an exact quote, but it is a very close approximation. I did not recall him telling me that I would not continue to receive the calls and I found him to be very rude. If I get another call from them I will take the time to find out what I can do, if anything, to have the problem addressed by some authority. They seem to have no regard for the time it takes me to return these calls that have nothing to do with me, the expense to me that is in their interest, or the fact that I was very polite in approaching them about it. And, yes, it was T-Mobile.

- D. Lewi replies to D. LewisRegarding the original message I posted I assumed that this call was for "debt collection" but I do not know that to be a fact; the guy hung up on me before I got much information.
- D. LewisToday is 9/26/11 and have another message from T-Mobile. I thought I would try calling them again to see if I can get them to stop calling. I have called twice and what happens is that I get routed through a maze of recordings, put on hold and then disconnected.

- MamDont know why they keep calling my prepaid trac phone! Have got multiple calls from them. I dont keep my phone on all the time as its only for emergency usage. I am wasting minutes getting the voice mails from whom ever it is! And I am NOT wasting my minutes calling them back either! If its t mobile, they are barking up the wrong tree. I have a cheap crappy pre pay trac phone!
- BobI have received 2 calls today and am getting tired of wasting time with them. If it is T-Mobile I for one will be cancelling cell service with this firm.

- san_jose_baby| 1 replyI kept getting calls from this number on my work phone so I finally called back. It was T-Mobile asking for someone that I don't even know. One other fact is that they were recording the call. The woman who answered did not tell me this and denied it when I asked but I could tell because it sounded like an echo and I could hear myself talking. She said it must be my phone...idiots. I hope this stops those annoying phone calls.

just a thought... just a thought.... - KendallGot a call this afternoon....Am not behind on T-Mobile so I'm not worried about the calls....But to call and lie to the person answering is wrong.....Am not defending T-Mobile but as a consumer that shouldn't be going on.....if you get a call use the suggestion someone said above...."Sorry, wrong number"
