Zwicker law place fake

I am deaf get calls from this company everyday from the above number and from 978-686-2255. I don't know what it's about but if they want to get in touch with me they have to do it by mail.

They call everyday...same time... no answer and cant call back.. nobody there.. no message... very annoying..I am on the do not call list.

The calls from this number are from Zwicker and Associates PC.  They are a law firm that does debt collections.  

Yes, they do call everyday.  I don't answer the calls!!!

The call constantly and it is very annoying. I am on the do not call list and am getting alot of calls from insurance companys to sell me insurance. Not sure who these people are but wish they would STOP calling me.

i have filed bankruptcy and this debt collector is continuing to harass me.

If you filed bankruptcy, tell the people your case number and attorney's name and number.  If they continue to call, tell your attorney.

Also get calls from this number everyday, they do not leave messages and no one there when I answer the phone call. We are also on the Do Not Call list, but the list does not seem to matter

I just received my first phone call from these people tonight while I wasn't home. I am on the NDNC registry as well. I called the number back and got someone's voicemail and I left a scathing voicemail. I'm sick of being harassed over a debt that I don't even have. I am ready to take complete action if they call me back again and I said that verbatim on the voicemail. Let them take me to  court! I know they have nothing on me b/c I watch my credit reports like a hawk!!

I have had a heart attack. Very ill and monitored by doctor. I tried to talk with them. They were rude and the amount I offered to pay was not enough. Said would sue.

Received multiple hangups from this party until finally a person got on looking to collect a debt from a distant relative.  Obviously they are misusing a service such as Lexis Nexis and have no problem hassling known innocent people.

They are not registered with the Secretary of State in New Jersey to conduct business here but I'm not sure if are licensed to practice law here.

I have no idea who they are or why they call. I get calls at least 6 times a day from this number. When I answer no one says anything. If I let it go to the voice message they hang up. I have no outstanding debts that aren't already being handled with the companies and none in collection so I have no idea why they keep calling but it's very annoying. I'm on the no call list too but that seems to have no effect. I do plan next month to have my house phone turned off and I'm going to a cell phone only. I am getting a prepaid because I make about 4 - 6 calls a month and no one but these weirdos and others that hang up even call my house.....that will put a stop to it.

We get multiple calls everyday from this number. Their first call is earlier each day. Calls are happening on weekends too and at an early time. Very annoying and I want to do something about it but get no help from our phone service provider.  We are on the DNCL but that obviously is a joke. No one can help with this problem. The people behind this need to be arrested and put in a jail cell with a phone shoved up their a#@es.

They Call all Day everyday and leave vm to call them back regarding a debt collection,
I finally decide to call back even though I know I do not owe anyone and
The lady who answers says she cannot give me any information without
Me giving her all my information first. I tell her no, that she is calling me and
She should be able to pull up my info with just my  name and number.
She says she cannot talk to me anymore and hangs up. I'm thinking it's a scam,
I have checked my credit report And there is nothing that could be in collections.

File your telephone terrorism complaint with State Bar Association regarding Zwicker & Associates.
 
Bar Association will take action against them and has power to suspend or revoke a law license.  Also contact your State Attorney General Office and make a record of the unlawful conduct.

Telephone terrorism is not acceptable.  Take action against these people.

I get these calls several times a day normaly do not answer any more one time they asked for me i hung up and stopped answering just got another call today and ended up answering before i realized they number they asked for a susan told them no susan here then hung up and they come up on my caller id as CNAM UNKNOWN

they called again told them to stop calling but again today another call told them no Susan has  ever been at this number but they will not stop.

The number is real.  I called G.E. Capitol regarding a debt I owed, and they gave me the number to call for Zwicker & Associates, a debt collector.  They need to  call me, though, because I'm on fixed income..
