This company keeps calling my job and my mothers home looking for me about a bad check I supposidely wrote, I dont even have a checking account. Wanting to know who my attorney is and his phone number. This is a scam.

called saying the same thing....please stop harrassing me you are not on my credit

a person from this office called and left a nasty message on my answering machine, didnt even say what was the issue just that this was my last warning [was the first time i heard about anything] said his name was mr rice

this lady just called looking for my boyfreind said they had the last 4 # of his ss and that on friday they were filing with our county court

Called and left a message on machine.  They had my son's name saying they were filing a case in court and this was his last chance to reply to them.  The funny thing is.........my son is only 6 years old!  Yeah, let's get this in front of a judge!

Got a call from these people today and they were wanting lots of different info from me on some proprietary accts and that if I didnt co-operate I already had a court date set up for Oct. 1st, funny thats today, dumbasses

Here is a thought. Why don't you and your "dedbeets" co-worker start collecting on LEGITIMATE bills that you can PROVE are owed. You're real smart coming on a message forum posting anonymous messages. Pretty pathetic I think. There is a special place in hell reserved just for your kind.

these are scams not legitimate bills!!!!  i have been dealing with identity theft and the local fbi said these are all people trying to get money for bills that are not owed!

Yea I had them call me about a payday loan that supposedly defaulted.  Problem was the payday loan people messed up and took too much from me.  Then several months of calling sending in faxes of proof of payment ect and trying to get money back from them, I now get calls from these people saying I owe more money???   I am sorry if they got the wrong information but now I have to deal with 2 stupid companies.  I explain to the NCW people and they treat me like a liar and continue to threaten me???  I send in documentation to them and STILL Get phone calls with false threats of court and what not.  I am sorry but you guys are jerk wads.  I appreciate that while there are people out there that had issues paying their bills I am REALLY sick of you tools that work for the Debit collectors that assume all of of are losers not paying  and preaching about us dogging you for being jerks.   Get a clue everything is not black and white on EITHER SIDE.   Also back off on people having spelling issues, that's just petty and sad you pathetic bully want to be.

So I just got a call from  this number and they are saying my loan was not pd. The loan was pd in full i have faxed bank statements and other documents to prove i have pd it and they are telling me they have no record of it. I'm getting really annoyed and very tired of the harassing phone calls and messages.

Or, you could all put that same effort into paying your bills in the first place.  Losers.

Good company to work with if you're willing to pay your debt back.  Found out the hard way that they will take you to court.  My attorney saved my life.  Don't let it go that far.

These people called my daughter, then started calling me at home...then somehow they got my cell phone number.
I called them back several times before they finally called me. I had already checked up on them and I knew what was coming.
They had my name, someone else's social security number AND birthdate.
We never got to the part about what bad debt I had.
I hope they call me back next month. Would love to get their address!

First of all NCW is breaking every debt collection law there is, you (even if in debt)  have rights.  DO YOUR RESEARCH!  Second, they are not accredited or bonded and currently have  an "F" rating with the BBB.  Third, they are being investigated by the NY and FL AG, there may be others investigating them that I am not aware of.

REPORT THEIR ABUSE TO YOUR STATES AG!

Don't fall prey to these criminals and yes they are CRIMINALS from theft, fraud, illegal drug sales and money laundering. To name a few...

I see some of the "collectors" have made their presence on this thread. F.Y.I. Respectable companies do not project themselves in this manner.
