Did not get a call from them but somehow they got my debit card number and drew out $49.95 from my back stating it is for a membership fee from a company called Fuelsav. Something to do with golf or sporting equipment. Fighting it through my bank and getting things reversed.

Please let me know what happens. I just found out that FuelSav did the same thing to my account. They went in and said I purchased something for $49.95. I have begun a claim through my bank. Apparently the transaction took place in AZ; funny I live in NJ.

I just found a charge on my Chase credit card from "Fuelsave" from 2/14/13 in the amount of $49.95.  When I called, I was told that it was a discount program for getting discounted retail goods.  I never took a call from anyone for a program such as this, never made such a purchase online, and rarely use this particular credit card (so I'm usually very aware of what I purchase with it).  The woman I spoke to offered to take my information to help reverse the charges, but I didn't trust her and will be going thru my credit card instead.  I also noticed that when I called their number that the automated voice didn't say "Thank you for calling FuelSave", it just simply said "Thank you for calling...all representatives are busy at this time, please hold..." (no company name mentioned).

I received a charge of $49.95 on my credit card and I know I never ordered anything from these people. I guess we have all been scammed.

We got a charge back in February so we called our credit card company and they reversed the charge.  Then in April we were charged again.  Called credit card company again and they will remove again.  I called the number on my credit card statement and got customer service.  Woman's voice was so garbled I could hardly understand her.  She wanted more information from me like home phone number and such.  I would not give it to her.  She claims she represents several companies and would not reveal who they were.  I told her that I would like to speak to the CEO and she gave me some bull crap.  Gonna check and see how to find out who has that number (877-279-1676), then perhaps go to Better Business Bureau or FCC.  These are no rookies doing this.  By the way I did call back later and got the same woman (what's the chances of that at a legitimate company) so I just hung up.
