These people keep calling me and asking for my social security number and date of birth.  They told me they represent the credit card company for Bank of America and that someone was trying to change my mailing address.  
As a precaution, I called the number on the back of my credit card before answering their questions.  The REAL credit card company said if they call you, they never ask for that information since they are calling you.  When I think about it, why would they need that information just to tell me someone is changing my address?
If you call the B of A about anything, they will ask security information like that to confirm you are who you say you are.
Do not give them your SS# or DOB!
