Got a call from this number from some smuck named Tyler, and one named James Anthony.
Alternate number is 866-291-0173

They call me about three times a day.  His phone message said "Amanda, please call Jack Kelly at yada yada yada... it's important"

he said his name was Chris Coolan, and he called me and asked for Penny Phillips. I didn't know who it was and started laughing because i told him he had the wrong number and he said it was my number that he called. Then he said in a somewhat rude way "What is so funny?" So i hung up. And then I called back to find out who it was, and a lady answered the phone and immediately connected me to the man. I was confused and asked what was happening. "what is this?" and he said "excuse me?! the correct way to ask that would be 'who is this?'" So I hung up.

Its a collection agency... FRS or some sort.. 18772889426

called my number which is not in the phone book , looking for jerry to get a message to jason . young woman who would not give her name . i amm on the national no call list so should not have gooten this call.

It's a collection agency. Company name is Financial Recovery Service. "Amy Pash" keeps calling my mother. She was rude and disconnected the call  when my mother called to say the person they are looking for doesn't live there at all.

There has to be someone you can report these people to. Maybe the BBB.

they are a collection agency - they are rude and not helpful.  you would think if they wanted you to pay they would be a little nicer and give you options.

They call my  Mother every day and yell at her.  She is hard of hearing and 82 years old. She had a very bad heart and these people are tormenting her to death.  It is for some old water system that was bought 10 years ago and she paid them over $5000 dollars for it, now they want 4000 more.  I took the phone away from her and told them where to go.  So who knows what will happen.  They kept telling her just to shut up and listen to them.  Nobody is talking that way to my old mama.

Called for an owner and when asked what company they were calling from they only told me FRS and said they were Roy Kimmel. When I asked what FRS stood for, they asked me, "Is that any of your business?" Since they are obviously a tellemarketer, I asked for them to remove the company from their list. They said that there wasn't any list and I hung up on them. Caller beware.

Got a call from 877-288-9426 @  8:00PM and let answering machine answer and caller left no message.

Called me asking for Tracy. When I said I did not know a Tracy they asked for my son. My son hasn't been in California in 8 years. My number is unlisted so how did they get my number? They said they couldn't tell me what they were calling for but wanted me to give them all kinds of info about my son. They would not even tell me the companys name. This is BULL!!!!!

7:20am on 12/17/07 wanted to talk to Kelly. No Kelly at my number. I told the guy that it is illegal for him to call in my state before 8:00am on any weekday and hung up on him. I am reporting the number to the States Attorney General's office and the BBB. This number has called before and has been told not to call me again. But they keep calling.

man called would not leave name or co name, we had a bad connection in the beginning of call and i heard him say to someone in the background that this idiot answers phone and wont say anything, then was extreamly rude, I wouldnt pay them a dime even if i did owe. they would have to sell account to another agency, found out co name it is finacial recovery services, i have had 100s of hang ups from this number 7 days a week from 6 in the morning to 9 at nite.

Called my cell phone several times leaving recorded messages for someone else. When I finally called them the call center guy was just a d-bag. He tried to blame the mistake on old records even though I had my cell phone for over 5 years.

The company then began calling my cell phone AGAIN, this time looking for a different name. I don't know how these guys are going to collect anything if they keep calling the wrong number. I strongly believe they are trying to just harass random people to the point of extorting money from them.

Once I threatened legal action against them, the calls stopped... for now.

I believe that you can say that you have an attourney that has advised you not to talk to anyone. Give them a random name and a number of a bankruptcy lawyer out of the phone book. By law they can no longer contact you. (I know I filed several years ago) And I know that law hasn't changed! And don't let them get to you. I am sure they just get off on it.

And thanks to all your emails I won't be contacting them for a job. I had been batting around the idea simply because it is hard to find work. I thought they were better then that. But now I see they are no different.

They are a collection agency, and they do not like to be called and questioned but they feel as though it is just Fine and Dandy that they can do it to others! I would suggest when they start asking questions to start laughing hilariously and ask them What made them think if you could not pay the bill to the original owner that you would have the dough to pay them??????  Then start mumbling that the little green men are coming, and that you have to go and hide and the little green men get very upset at the noise that a ringing phone makes.
In other words, this company is out to make money from bigger companies and do not care how they do it, even if it means they lie about what you told them. Got to love America, and free enterprise.

This guy (Avery) has been calling me for about 3 weeks now, granted I AM trying to settle by debts and take care of stuff, but I'm also in alot of debt, unemployed, and terribly broke...so I told him I would try to work something out...needless to say he's called back every hour on the hour.  I stopped answering the calls, but my roomate accidently answered the other day, first Avery yelled at me because I'm not being responsible, then yelled at me for not calling him back, then proceeded to threaten me (he'll check my income and asset records--to which I said "GOOD LUCK, if you find anything let me know), he finally asked "well how much money do you have?" first of all its none of his business but I told him the honest truth, I have $4 in my pocket and thats it!! his reply??? ok well you can send me that in a money order.  In my opinion he's nothing but a rude *#$*@  and I will NOT send him the last $4 I have to my name.  On top of all that, he's been calling my roomate's cell phone, she asked him to stop, then I called and asked him to stop, then we called and asked his supervisor to take her number off the list and they are STILL calling, only once or twice a day instead of 5 or 6 times like before...but enough is enough!!!!

I just recieved a call asking for mary, I said no that there was no one by that name at this residence....I then got the reply "well then why didn't you say wrong number!" so I replied hey you called my house and got hung up on... I then called back to talk to a supervisor his name way Brian, He just said I don't know what you want me to do about it.  I said I believe she should be written up so he pulled my chain to say he doesn't even know who called that the number must have been deleted from the system blah blah blah, yeah right Brian in 30 seconds, she was probably sitting right next to you, anyway I then asked for his supervisor and only got a reply are you going to be as rude to him as you have been to me.  I left a detailed message and await a reply...This is a bunch of crap, I don't even owe them anything!!! very p*ssed off!

They call for a Tracie M Vincent, Neal, Swint, Straun.  This is my husband's x wife 11 years ago.  My name is Tracy also so these people harrass the hell out of me and tell me I am her and tell me to knock my crap off and just cooperate w/them that they just talked to me.  Funny I know Tracie and It just pisses me off to know end they won't leave me alone.  She lives in a different county and they have continued to call it is going on almost a year now and I am ready to get an attorney.  This is uncalled for and they are not nice people.  They need to make sure they have the right person before going off on them.  I have perfect credit therefor with that being said they have no reason to be contacting me I don't owe them any money...
