This number has been calling my home phone for weeks. They call around 2pm and leave a message saying they need to discuss an important business matter with me. They give a reference number for the call. I did call them back but got some recording about them being a collection agency. I hung up. We don't have any debts that I know off. If we were not told through regular mail that we have a debt I assume we don't have it.

Your companies employees are very rude and I am ticked because she wouldn't shut up for one second and let me talk. You need to teach them how to be polite and maybe people wouldn't get so mad and hang up on them.

I'm in school and today they called my three times thinking i was Bruce the last time i had to scream at them saying if they call me during school my as* is on the line hopefully for their sake they won't call back

I have received similar calls which are an attempt to collect a debt from Allstate Insurance company. I strongly disagree with this charge. The operator I spoke with was Valerie. Her supervisor is Cresent Lewis.They are not Allstate but an agency they hired to collect this debt. They give you two choices. You can pay the debt or refuse to pay the debt. They even offered a small discount if I paid RIGHT NOW. I have received mail from Allstate about this bill. They dropped me by mutual agreement because I wanted to change my policy and they refused. Since the "contract" was terminated early, they feel they have the right to revoke good driver discount and back charge me. Hope this helps or amuses. Dale

Allstate has done the same thing to me and now I have these people from CCS calling my place of employment and harassing me. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I had the same experience with Infinity Insurance. I wrote to the Department of Insurance in my state and filed a formal complaint. The collection process stopped at that point !

I get calls from this number all the time. When I answer, they do not say anything.

you could ask your phone provider to contact this company and request that they do not call you on your behalf.

If the company needs you, they can write.

I got the same recording asking for one of the managers here. They said it was a "personal business message" and left an 11 digit number.

I called them back and they told me I owed All State 94.00. I have to send the proof that I had insurance thru State Farm before they will take it off.
