- guyM| 15 repliesI've lost track of the number of times they called. I don't answer. Just occasionally pick and and hung up to stop the phone from ringing. My phone company wants money to have the number blocked. Unfair!
- Larry S877-289-5108 has been calling my cell phone every day for three weeks already. They do not answer when I pick up. Who is it? How can I stop these calls?
- CoolI had the same problem a month ago!... now I use 5 phone lines and I stay connected 24hrs a day since 3 weeks... can't wait that they receive the phone bill!! anw it's a toll-free number that was verified by a contact of mine at the RCMP... I wish that all the people that receive those kind of call do the same thing has me!!!
Peace!
From Montreal - tom| 2 repliesthey've called me lots too, and the one time i picked up there was no one there either. either a malfunctioning dialer or a hacker is having a good time.
- Anna| 1 replySame thing, they call every day, usually I don't answer but when I do there is no one there. Very annoying!
- MCIf you get a phone scam call, contact www.phonebusters.com, an agency that works on these [***].

Yea scammer...beware. - Nova Scotia, CanadaI have received several calls a day for several months from this number. I have contacted Aliant Mobility and was advised that I would have to change my cell number in order to have this stopped. This is not acceptable!! What gives this company the right to bother me constantly.
- Caller: Unknown Name
- TraceyI get calls from this number daily, weekly and monthly. I do not know who it is or how to have this stopped. I contact Aliant Mobility and have been told that there is no way to have this blocked, I would have to have my number changed. This is not acceptable and this number does not have any right to bother me like this!

- Annoyedx10Starting on April 13th I recieved my first call from this company. Second on the 16th then on the 17th 3 calls, 18th 5 calls, 19th 8 calls, and already today I'm up to 5. I have not answered the calls as they are on my cell and I dont answer if I dont recognize the number. It has gotten very annoying though. I put them in my contact list and set the number to silent, but I still get the beep on my phone for missed call each time. I went to the national do not call list site and sent in a complaint for each time I have recieved a call from them. Not sure if it will help but I encourage you all to do the same so we can get the ball rolling on closing this down before it gets way way out of control (not that its not already).

- ARGHH!!| 2 repliesI have heard that this number is some marketing company for Royal Bank. Does anyone getting these calls deal with Royal Bank in ANY way? Bank Accounts or VISA ??
- EmilieThis number calls me at least once a day since march, this is most anoying!! I'm in Montreal, Canada, with cable telephone through Videotron. Called back the number and it says the same as other people wrote : some kind of automated registration to a do not call list! Yeah right!!! Called Videotron and they ask money to block the number. No way! Tried to find out who the number was registered through but found no information, if anyone can find something, I'll harass that phone company so much they will shut the number down ;) I can see I'm not the only one with the problem, we should call all together at the exact same moment :P Or do as "Cool" did and answer those calls and let them hang there for a while, since they will have to pay someday.
- Ann H.| 1 replyThey called me six times in one day....stupid [***]. I'm in the Bruce Peninsula.
- Caller: Bell Telephone

- syed| 4 repliesi hv stared recieving calls from this no from 4 may 2007 hope some body will help me to get rid of this
- Evoq| 4 repliesCalled my unlisted cell at 5:37pm PST.
I don't answer calls unless I know the number, so they can try all they want, but it's their own time being wasted.
The answering service is there for anyone who actually needs to talk with me.
I do deal with Royal bank, though, so if it turns out that's where my number was leaked from, I'll be pretty upset and likely switch my bank. - Chad replies to Evoq| 1 replyI have been getting almost daily calls from 866-310-1844. When I answer, no one is on the line. I called the number and it is from a company called trgcustomersolutions. I did some googling on the net - and it appears they are scammers. Interestly, they called a few ago - and they actually had someone on the line. The guy indicated that he worked for the Hudson's Bay company - and they are selling "legal services" for $19.95/month. I knew it was a scam already but the guy was persistent and wouldn't hang up. I am cancelling my Bay card today. This is not the first telemarketing company that keeps calling. These people are ruthless lowlifes who do not respect the privacy of others.
- Damien| 2 repliesI get calls from 1-877-289-5108 daily. I've found out its an automated dialer that calls numbers from a list. They get your number from other companies selling your info.
The automated service just calls random numbers from the list, if you answer the call the system registers you as being home at that time. Its so a real person can call you back around the same time at a later date. If you dont answer it will register you as unavaliable and the calls will stop after 2-3 weeks......WHAT A PAIN IN THE ASS.
