This number belong to Northern Resolution Group and they suppose to have my info concerning my loan with Vince Enterprises and i have yet to here from them. I was told this by National credit adjusters.  Does this number and company really exist

I too received this name and number from NCA (National Credit Adjusters). It appears to not be a legit company and the number is bad.

I agree this is a fradulant company and so is National Credit Adjuster's the number and company is a fake.  Do not trust either

National Credit Adjusters is a fake company and do not trust them.  If there are any legal representatives that ever see this message or any law enforcement agencies that see this message.  Investigate The National Credit Adjusters, something does not seem right with the company, they tell people that they sold our collection bills to a company called Northern Resolutions and there number is 18772900016, its a fake number, this NCA company could be a fraud and needs to be investigated.

I have never recieved a call from this number, but was given this number and told they are handling my file

thing is, i paid it off and Debt Management Partners (DMP) told me this was the number to Northern Resolutions Group... I did however get a call from National Credit Works (NCW - 855 286 1918)... they claim to be handling my file and are asking me to "Pay My Debt"... as the guy who I spoke with shouted at me... (???)

DMP confirmed, finally (5/10/11) that the original loan company (who I sent payment to, before knowing my account had already been sold off), did in fact forward payment to them in Nov 2010. Thing is from Nov 2010 to Feb 2011, DMP claimed to have never received it... ALSO, if they did receive it, why is my debt not cleared? I got an email confirming the loan company received payment and forwarded it to DMP...

The person [Karen] from DMP (telephone number 800 883 9067) has a lot of attitude and very rude and very short with me when I speak with her. She doesn't want to help. She has no answers, somehow the computer she is looking at always go on the fritz, and she can't even tell me what actual DATE they received the payment from the loan company I was with. Just November 2010. ??? She also tells me that NCW is an affiliate of Northern Resolutions Group??? But still, if they are handling it.. I should get a call from them directly... NCW's call to me mentioned a civil case against me stemming from the loan company and my bank for fraud? What fraud?

I was supposed to get a call back and clear it up, but she again failed to call me back... she always claims that she will call. But never does. Most times I call DMP, it goes to voice mail... I wonder... is it a single-person corporation or something?? Because they have no one else answering that number, I have never dealt with anyone but Karen

but I see that the number Karen gave me 8772900016 also goes to this company in these complaints (NCA - Nation Credit Adjusters)... It is so odd... I called this number and it's just a voice mail and I'm tired of the run around... I think I will just get a lawyer and have them deal with it, til it is resolved. It's complicated and has been strung out far too long.

Have had other fake scamming companies call me as well... tired of my information being passed around to people who harass me at work and my cell phone. Especially since I did pay this off, and they have my money (but at least it was traced from the loan company, so I got my back covered with money order receipt and all)

I took out a loan about 3 years ago from Advance America and got laid off. I received a call from a company Called White Collar Processing on Friday saying I would be arrested if I didn't pay it right then. They were awful and kept telling me that I better watch out because I am being charged with check kiting. I called Advance America and tried to find out who had loan now. They told me National Credit Adjusters. I contacted them, and they told me that they sold my loan to Resolution Group at 877-290-0016. I have tried calling them, but they NEVER answer their phone. I am so stressed out about this, I called a lawyer this weekend and am waiting for him to call back. If anyone has any info about this company that would be great! They do not exist online....agggghhh

Please read the article and report the information as you see fit. Me, my elderly mother, coworkers etc. have been harassed by these so-called law firms threatening thousands and legal fees as well as subpoena friends and family to court to testify against me. Short answer - it is a SCAM and they have your account info. but are likely not to collect based on the government's case against them. I retained an attorney and had the "firm" calling me contacted. They have since stopped. In order to remove this from your credit will likely take time. Since the firm that bought my account was also from AFNI they were unable to assist other than to state that they only sell uncollectable debts for 15-20% of the balance. The companies that buy them try to "settle" for hundreds above the amount owed. You did the right thing by contacting an attorney. Equifax has removed this account and I am still working with the other two.

My story is very similar. But when I called Northern Resolutions Group 8772900016 (that number I got from National Credit Adjustors) it went to voicemail. I man just call from 17166505538 claiming I had just called the Northern Resolution (HIS OFFICE) and hung up twice so he was returning my call. I told him I was reading this blog and would not give him any info. till I checked them out. He started yelling and demanded my SSN. Again everyone watch for this number too.......7166505538.

The same thing is happenning with me now. The threats .NAJ, Northern Resolutions, C & H Associates .It's a scam.

All of these companies are partners or affiliates.  National Credit Works harassed me by calling my home 3 times in one day!  I never answered the phone and just let my fax machine pick it up (I use an all-in-one printer).  I finally called them back and told them my name and number, nothing more, and that my attorney informed me that what they are doing is considered harassment by the FDCPA, and if he didn't believe me then he could look up the case I won against Pentagroup Financial for doing the same thing.  I have not seen any calls from them since yet today I was informed by Transunion that a negative item was placed on my credit report for collection by Northern Resolution Group.  I find it odd that this happens after I tell that guy off on Monday, don't you?  I have forwarded this information to my attorney.  It is also odd that I had numerous calls from National Credit Adjusters that suddenly stopped before NCW started calling.  Also, any collection company that threatens you with arrest, legal action and so forth without doing so is committing a Federal crime in direct violation of the FDCPA.

I've received several calls from NCW (716) 247-5594 claiming they are arbitrators/litigators representing Integrity PDL.  I called Integrity who said they never heard of NCW.  When I inquired further about how they acquired my account, they said they bought it from Northern Resolutions.  I informed them that according to Integrity, my account has been paid in full and that I have no idea why they are trying to collect from me on a paid-out account.  The guy who I spoke with, Matt, w/NCW, I informed him that I was going to call Integrity (my original loan was from) back to get proof of Integrity's license to operate a "internet payday loan" in the state of CT.  He went on to state something about something being in my contract when loan was taken out.  I don't care what he stated, I just want proof of license from Integrity PDL showing they can operate in the state of CT with their internet payday loans.  If there is no license, then they operated illegally and I will sue Integrity for every penny paid to them.  But this should be a lesson learn, I know it is for me, that everyone needs to avoid payday loans if possible.  If you can get a family member/friend/employer to lend you money until your next payday, I strongly advise it.

I get calls from this company claiming that I must pay off debt or be arrested. They have been harrassing me several times a week and even though I paid some money to them in error, I stopped payment because I question their tacktics.

Please don't pay this company Northern Resolution Group. I spoke with a lawyer today 5-10-12 because they been calling my phone for the last week about a loan I got back in 2007, and the lawyer stated for me not to pay them nothing because after four years they can't collect any money that I owe them. And plus if they keep calling for me to file a harassment charges because they keep calling my phone and lying saying they are attorney when they are really collector and it's nothing they can't do anything to me, and the reason they have my info is because the loan company I got the loan with in 2007 sold it to them, but you can't do no jail time.

My exwife received a call from this company today and she is noteven on the advance america account. I would gladley pay it if the guy on the phone wasn't such a dick and threating my exwife with a warrant. Just tried calling them again and what do you know no answer.

I currently have a loan with VIP Loan shop, and they sold the debt to NRS and they in turn sell it to DELRAY capital. This guy at 1888-868-2577 named Joe Constatine has ripped me off for 50 dollars and he and this company tried to threaten me with a court plea, Please check this guy out i'm not going to worry about money, but these sharks are going crazy now.

Northern resolutions uses a data base to give your personal information to anyone i suggest that you call the new york state better business  and do as i have file a complaint with the bbb and the new york attorney generals office they have multiple cases for fraud against them,they have a fraud alert on them thru the bbb of new york ,then call trans union and file fraud complaint on them for misuse of private info .........northern resolutions  number is 888-447 2490

I owe 300 dollars to Ace cash express online  and I recently keep getting calls from a company called Delray & associates. I  can't even find them on the internet. there is a company called Delray capital and the referred me to Delray & associates.Their number is 8554638828. They told me i passed a bad check and they are going to prosecute me. they said they would have a warrant for my arrest. all i want to do is pay back the loan to Ace. i find this very fishy.

Was the company a local company if so it might be right.  Now a day scammers are really smart and you will think the business is not a scam the only way to know for sure is to contact the better business bureau in state where the company is at.

Please dont I just had the same company contact is its a Scam. No way if you did not write a check then you can't be charge with it

I got a loan from Castle Payday last year. I paid them most of it until my funds got low. Then they sent my case to a place called Delray Capital, which told me if I don't pay I could be charged with check fraud. Which then I contacted my District Attorney and they told me to call the Better Business Bureau. Then they told me that place is a scam.
