Looking to get people's credit card info.

got a call from this number saying they were life alert  and they tried to get money our of the account but we bliocked them
this is a SCAMMMM !!!

They called my 81 year old elderly mother and told her that 'some one' ordered her the Medic Alert system and they needed her credit card number which she felt pressured to give them.
I just called them and they were very rude and I had to argue with them for several min. She actually hung up on me. I had to call back and again argue with them to cancel the order and delete her credit card info.
IT IS A SCAM AND THEY PREY ON THE ELDERLY!!

they offered a life alert and i gave my info waited 3 1/2  weeks never got my bracelet so i tried calling no answer i called my bank and changed all my info its a scam  

Called my husband and convinced him he needed their system.  He gave his credit card info.  I came home and when he told me about it, I tried the number they gave him, this number.  No one spoke, just got music.  No message saying all lines are busy, please hold, only music.  I couldn't cancel the order.  Got the system.  Medical Alarm System.  Looked them up on line.  Couldn't find them.  Trying to cancel the order and send the system back.  I've canceled the credit card.  I'd never have given them my credit card info.

When i call I get nothing but music too. But when I spoke with them they were very nice and helpful. She took her time to help me understand everything and even spoke with my son who was upset that I gave my information to them. I ended up keeping the system. Have had it for awhile now and I am recommending them to everyone.

This appears to be a complete scam - they called my 87 year old mother and got her debit card info.  Told her they would give her $3000 of free groceries.  When I call the "customer service" number they hung up on me

My father received a call from this number, the person frightened him into giving his info by saying things like they lost their spouse because of not having the bracelet. With my mother being ill he felt obligated to do it. He didn't tell me about till 3 weeks later, I called the number just got music, immediately contacted his bank to cancel and report this activity. Total SCAM against the elderly!!!

My Mother of 92 years old got a call from a Telemarketer.  Told her the Dr Recommended it, and so did AARP.  Now they got her credit card number.  She believed it was all ok.  We thought it strange after a couple of days, that she did not have any paperwork.  Also, said she would have the bracelet in 2 days, and WE needed to hook it up.  Well, now it's been 4 days, no bracelet, and we inquired more.  It's a SCAMMMMMM   Cancelling her credit card.   Please Please let your elderly parents know.. DO NOT give info in the phone or hand up!
