this is a credit card issuer and they are notorious for opening fraudulent credit lines in anyones name then never sending out the cards or notifying the victim. Go directly to the website and use the customer service numbers from there to contact them or write to them and demand that this account they are calling about be closed and tell them you want a dispute form sent to you immediately because this is credit fraud and you are reporting it to the police and the FTC (ftc.gov)
Then you have to report it and go to the credit reporting agencies (in USA experian, transunion, equifax) and look at your credit report for any things you didn't open and fight them.
