no message left, no identy with the number

no message left, its been calling me nonstop and everytime I answer it trys to put me on hold and no one picks up. What company is this?

its dell they been calling me four week and wont take me off there list dont have an account with them so i got a lawyer to send them a letter of intent.

These idiots have called me at least 5 to 6 times a day for the last month. Constanty saying they will remove my number since I don't have an account with them and the most irritating part is they call back not even 10min later with the same crap....  If someone knows a legal way to get these idiots to stop calling please post it before my words will become very selective chose ones.

I am getting calls AT LEAST 10 times a day.  Yesterday I received 7 calls in one hour.  It's total harrassment and I will be pursuing legal matters.

I am getting several calls a day.  I have an account with Dell but am up on my payments (I pay more than the minimum due, too).  It's getting VERY annoying...

This is Dell Financial. I do have an account with them and was past due but told them I would be making a payment. I gave them a date and amount but the calls kept coming. Every day minimally 4 to 6 times every day!!! This continues even after I have posted my payment to the account. This is total harrassment and I will be pursuing this once I find out what my options are.

I've received 5 calls from this number in the past hour!  I answer and there's no response.  I let it go to voicmail and there's no message.

I have the same problem, they call and no message. I just called back and the office is close. I will use the  National Do Not Call Registry to stop them.  You all should do it too.

Same thing, they call me incessantly. Borderline harassment. Insane.

Starting to get calls from these people.  I use the Call Blocker feature on my phone and they can't get through unless THEY change THEIR number--then I'll just block 'em again.  It also give me time to contact Do Not Call registery and let them do their work while still not being bothered by lousy calls.

This number has been calling non-stop for the last three months!!
I just hang it up, annoying as it was.
But the "S" hit the "F" when they called my JOB!! How embarrassing!!
I am fine on my payments.

I waited for a human to get on, and I told them not to call anymore.
They said they made a note of it.

They've been calling me nonstop (as in 4-6 times a day, EVERY DAY) since about a week ago. My mom told me it was just a big scam. The automated message tells me it's for William Webb and I am NOT William Webb, so then it tells me to press 4 if it's a wrong number. I press 4. They keep calling back anyway.

Scratch that, just looked it up on my phone, they've called me 17 times in 4 days.

I am recieving about 10 calls a day sometimes more....  I have account with them but is current...  I am getting tired of these calls....Its really starting to make me mad.. Its everytime I turn around they are calling.. What makes them think someone would answer if they dont know the number and they dont leave a message.. I dang sure ain't going to answer..

I was 6 days late making my Dell payment. They got the money now and yet they call 4-5x a day to collect for June 9th payment. The say because I was late in May they have to right to continually call for June. It is still May!! How can a company aggressively attempt to collect a "past due" balance from 6/10/2010 on 5/20/2010. Not only am I sending them a cease and desist, but since after 4 purchases being late 1-2x total in 8 years I will never purchase a Dell computer again.

There reasoning is that because it went past due (even if it was only a few days) they have the "right" to call and collect the following month by a "postdated check by phone".

Wow, many people must not pay at all if they are so aggressive even when the account is current (yes, the have received the 6 day late payment) and payment is not due for another 2-3 weeks! It reeks of desperation and it's just bad for business. I know my rights and they do not have "the right to collect a post dated check by phone for next month" because I was a few days late this month. That is complete bull.

They don't care, their call center is in India...
