i was trying the online processing for naturalization of uscis but did notmake payments yet. then maybe after an hour got a call from a certain KEVIN with the caller id # 415 946 4092, claiming that he is from uscis and that i could male the payment on the phone asking for my debit/credit card #. I found it suspicious so i did not give him any info and told him that i will give him a call back and he gave me this # 8772985234 ext.312. thank God for His wisdom. when i google his number, i found out that it was a scam.

I got the same call, but when I called it did say it was the immigration department.  I don't know what to do. Thank you anyway for your comment.  It allow me to be careful.

I had the same situation.  They called  me back and wanted to give me a discount to renew my green card.  Wanted my credit card right away. When does the government give you a discount.  I thought it strange.  When I called back they said it was not a government office.

I've got the same call from them and they've told me the ext was 321 so the are using those three digits to make up extensions, I've called the gov place and they've told me that is not a valid number for them I am going to headquarters to report them tomorrow
The web page looked official but thank God I didn't fill the credit card info!
