It's a scam that will call from various lines

Recorded message clsiming to look for person. Got same message from other number. Scam

Same message. Looking for someone.

Keep calling those numbers back using star 67 so they can't see your number.  Keep doing it over and over throughout the day and throughout the week.  They can't ignore it, they have to answer because the only way they can steal money from people is by answering their line.  And just stay on the line or hang up.  My friends and I started doing that and sometimes they even disconnect the number.  FIGHT BACK!  I mean what are they going to do?  Call the police?  Trust me it works and it drives them crazy.

Rec'd a call @ home & my parents -very threatening sounding-no answer when you call back???

2nd time they call. Did not answer this time . She left message that they want to know  the "whereabouts" don't  say who's. It sounds menacing .  SCAM

I got a call "call us immediately...whereabouts...information" garbled message from a bot

Got a call asking for my whereabouts from this number very threatening also didn't state
the name of the company!! SCAM!!

My husband got a call on his cell claim they are looking for the whereabouts of my sister.  Sounds like a scam

Slime saying they wanted to know my whereabouts.......I told them to send me a debt verification letter as required by law...she laughed and said are you kidding me....I replied NOPE, you dumb-[***] Bit*&

Love your idea and would do it, but does *67 always work?  I would think they have a phone system that can trace things like that....but I don't know.  If I know for sure, then I will call every hour!!

*67 does not work with 800 numbers as they will see who is calling

Do not call them back or you may wind up getting more nuisance calls.  Ignore, block and repeat.

Looking for someone, anyone, anybody who will fall for their scam.. dont answer  block it.

keep getting the same calls saying I took out a loan way back when.. paid off all loans and when they sent me information the payday loan place does not sound familiar and either of the information on there is for a business loans and does not exists with either so now I'm not going to answer.. also asked related family not to answer if they get the calls asking for me.

My sister received call from this number, claiming to be NP Group, looking for me.  I returned their call and spoke with "Ted, as in Theodore."  This was a collection call.  He insisted that I owed a pay-day loan debt from 2012.  He was very rude and refused to allow me to explain that I owed no debt as I never had a pay-day loan.  He told me to "handle like a grown up and file a police report."  I explained to him that the statute of limitation has expired as his records are over 4 years old.  He got irate with me and insisted that I owed the debt under New York law.  When I challenged him to take me to court, he got more upset and hung up the phone.
