Someone name Paul Smith left message talking about paperwork with my information on his desk and i need to come in and sign some certified notice of intent concerning a pending claim against me, and i need to call 1-877-304-2144 and refer to a claim number before he shows up to my place of residence or employment

I just received a similar call this morning, said they have documents for me.
I have no idea what they are talking about???

I received a message also saying they had my papers on his desk and I needed to call this 877-304-2144 number. He also said he had my claim number, name and social security number. At the close he said that I had better be home Monday for him to come out to my house. He also gave me a so called file number to request info when I called. I called last nite but was only a recording to leave my number. Who is this I wonder, I was concerned and went to the police station and talked to them, and said if any more calls come in, to contact them.

We keep getting calls from 877-304-2144 - lady named Maxine.  She is calling for someone I was married to 30 years ago.  This is harassment to me and my current wife and family and I want to get it stopped. This has nothing to do with me.

I just got this call also & he called from 713-954-9497 & told me the same thing but will not give me the company he is supposedly working for. I told him I googled him & his phone # 877-304-2144 & the above # as I was talking to him on the phone & the 713 # comes bk to a pay phone in Houston, Tx

I received the same call. Contact police and let them know to be on alert in your area. This is a phishing game to get private information under false pretext.

Ok so these numbers keep calling me & Jeremy & the other lady are full of crap & work for the company!!!!!! They bogus scammers, I called it back & had it out w/Maxine & Also Mr. "ghetto" Smith.. He cussed me & called me names. I work for a repo company & have already filed a complaint & will follow through with it. I'm not sure who all has Sprint as their phone carrier but them & at&t share phone records. 877-304-2144

This company keeps calling me looking for a family member of mine who I've not seen in years.  This is a new phone number for me and the person they're trying to locate does not live at this residence and never has. Additionally, I've never given my new phone number to the family member they're trying to reach.  They claim the family member listed my phone number as the best number to reach him.  Lies.

I've repeatedly asked them to stop calling my home but the calls keep coming.  In this most recent message, they claim they have some court documents and that they'll be attempting to come to this person's last known address at a specific date and time.  Since they've got the phone number wrong, they might have the address wrong as well.  If they show up at my house, I'm calling the police.

I have received many calls and even voicemails from this number 1-877-304-2144. This people say they have legal documents of mine, and that I have an appointment scheduled with them. I'm pretty sure this is a SCAM. What do I do to stop receiving calls from them?

Saying they have a legal matter pending fir me and that they are calling from an attorneys office. Name if attorney given is Fairbanks gokdsberg and Rodriguez
