Got a call from a computer trying to get me to call this number.  So I did after blocking my phone number and a computer answered running an Audix automatic redirector.  This is a scam at best or a collector who is illegally calling.
I have contacted my attorney regarding collectors and the best thing to do is let them go to voicemail.  The collector must identify themselves and their company by law.  If they don't and they take you to court to get a settlement, then you will win.  Already have done it so I know it works.

received another call this morning at 8am from NCB. they say if you are not the person they are looking for to disconnect the call. i've done this 3 times and they still call me.
